Nice game! It was a cool decision between getting more allies vs the difficulty of the enemy. Not sure if it's a bug but it seems that the ammo does not refresh.

I liked the ability to pick up more circles and having the camera scroll out as my mob got bigger and bigger. Despite reading the directions, I still didnt realize I needed to press Start to have the enemies start coming until I was up to like... difficulty 17. Guess I was too focused on collecting guys. The music is a little repetitive but entertaining. It would be fun to see a version of this where you need to defend from enemies coming in while you pick up more guys, that would keep the suspense going as you have to try to prioritize getting stronger vs taking out enemies. Overall, this was a great use of theme!

Glad I was the 20th review for this :D.

I liked how I would determine how difficult the game would be and how many "ships" I could gather in that amount of time. Very interesting approach to dynamic difficulty, making even that process part of the game was very smart.

A really interesting take on the whole io genre! I had a ton of fun with the game and it has good replay value. I think it'd be nice if there was a more apparent indicator when collecting at the start as it can be difficult to tell if you actually managed to get them sometimes. The gameplay is simple, yet really fun. Well done!

Very fun game. It is interesting how it feels to me as it goes against what the theme was trying to achieve but it is an interesting take on the theme nonetheless.

Wish you added WASD controls to move my characters as it is very hard to avoid the bullets especially because they are very fast.

I think the concept is interesting.

It's weird how we cannot see the enemy and it just keeps shooting from everywhere, so you kinda have to shoot towards the direction the shot came and hope it hit without knowing if it did.

I think there should be faster navigation as well (could be an upgrade to the player).

Awesome little game. Very interesting concept, I liked the expanding player mass of entities, and I liked the risk-reward idea of taking time to make the ultimate player army making the game harder. Graphics were a bit minimalistic (in a non coherent way) but music was really nice.

Overall I thought it was a nice game to play several runs of. Found the enemies a bit difficult to deal with unfortunately (I seemed to be getting shot from off screen a lot of the time).

I could definitely see a bigger game being made out of this with overhauled graphics and UI, and rebalanced enemies/combat.

It was quite fun and i liked the concept (its similar to my first idea for this game jam topic)

Its kinda hard i feel quite helpless i just can hope to shoot the enemys as fast as possible so they dont shoot because i cant dodge the bullet.
what i also would love to see (when you are doing a small update or something) are 2-3 different players and 2-3 different enemys for a bit variation.

if you do it write me i will play it again :)

It was a challenging yet fun. The concept was really interesting and made a good use of the theme. Thought its a little too challenging the enemies billets almost become impossible to hard to dodge but am sure u can fix that after the jam and i look forward to playing at again then :)

It's a really cool concept, you having to manage between time spent collecting followers and the game being increasingly more difficult. I like it. Bonus points for that tail animation too.

I felt like the enemies were coming at me very quickly even when I had a large accumulation over a short period of time. All in all, it was a decent experience!

A fun concept but the difficulty gets too high too quick. Even just on difficulty 2 I was constantly running out of ammo and getting destroyed by enemies off screen. Also had a lot of instances of enemies spawning right on top of me. Separating aiming and moving would really help make collecting ammo and health pickups work better!

Good concept for a game. Although it seems hard to survive because in order to move towards the health and ammo pickups, you have to point your gun away from the enemies, which are usually right behind you. The sound effects were solid however, made the guns seem really powerful.

Interesting idea, but I think the sound very load and maybe you should add a little more postprocessing, because of not having much skills in art, but.. to be honest, I don't think that it is the thing to critisize, cause the concept is very cool. It was an interesting experience!
