In what way does your game fit the theme?
Prisoner is a platformer game where you need to escape trought the level and get to the end but you have control over the traps and the platforms. Yes, you can rewind the time and make the environement move in reverse. The game was made in 7 days for Brackeys' fourth game jam.

Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
We are three italian developers but only two of us worked in this Project. Samuele Guerrini has worked as a Designer and as a Programmer, Andrea Lunghi has worked on the main graphics and has done some coding stuff.

Game is cool and the graphics are beautiful.

There are some bugs when respawning. In the first level, I tried to kill the man during ten minutes before understanding that he can't die, maybe it missing some sounds or other feedbacks to let player understand that you can't kill him ?

I really liked the fact that the circulars saws can have a reverse movement, and will not hurt the player.

Thanks for your feedback, sorry for the discomfort of the mannequin in the tutorial, it was a last minute added mechanic that will be improved in future releases.

This happened in level 2, other than that, I like the art and the rewind mechanic. Some SFX are a bit needed here, but it's a jam game I guess. I really think the game should have more stuff to make it stand out from other platfromers, Idk know what it really is tbh, but it could turn out into a full-fledged game, and I will gladly join the server now!

Hi NilaCk, the problem you mentioned is caused by the fact that the actual version don’t reset the level when you die, we’re gonna solve this problem in a future patch. We're also gonna expand and enrich the game adding new levels and mechanics. Enjoy the stay in our server!

Cool game, there were a few bugs in level 2 because of the saw not resetting position but it was really nice otherwise.

It is amazing that managed to put all of this together in one week. If there is one thing I would change, I would add more visual aid and feedback for when the player gets hurt and dies. Other than that, there's nothing to say except well done.

Very cool little game. Tying the rewind to sprint was a neat idea that I think could be explored more by designing more situations where you'd want to use one but not the other.

Pretty good as a platformer, I had a few issues when trying to run through quickly after dying, it didn't reset the obstacles and I spawned in the giant saw and soft locked me in the floor.

We are aware of this problem, unfortunately in the current version the level reset is not included but within the next updates the whole integrity of the game will be improved and expanded so if you don't want to miss them make sure to add the game to your collections.

Greatly done. Nice tutorial, nice difficulty curve. Really like the reloading animation. Overall solid and fun (which is the most important part). Even a bit frustrating at moments :D

Daje figo! I controlli sono un po' ostici, migliorerei decisamente il salto. la musica splendida, ma forse non azzeccatissima sul tono del gioco. ogni tanto mi si bugga sul bordo delle piattaforme impedendomi di saltare o muovere, ma al netto di tutto ciò apprezzato molto <3

I had a lot of fun playing your game. I love the idea to rewind and sprint at the same time so you have to decide wether or not to sprint. The art you made really fits the theme and creates a nice mood.
