The game was really good. and also the player movement was really nice, way better than mine. i kinda feel like the dash is kinda unresponsive, but all in all it was a great game. the style of the game was very similar to celeste
Thanks for your feedback, man! We definetly had games like Celeste, Shovel Knight and others in our heads as we worked on it. Sorry you didn't quite like the dash... Hopefully we can nail it down better in the future! Thanks again for playing!
Gameplay was very good didnt really see how it effected the theme tho.
Thanks for playing and we are happy that you enjoyed the game.
Our idea was to interpret the theme as part of the story. Journey (the main character) is having recurring nightmare.
This makes you play the same level every night with some changes here and there, therefore “rewinding” the level and increasing the difficulty.
Really really nice gameplay. Controls were smooth as butter. I was hooked on the 2nd dream when i worked out i could climb up to the 2nd last room through the space you can fall down. Was very rewarding feeling like i was using the games mechanics to skip past a section of the map, whether that was intentional or not. Really nice job
Thanks for playing, man! We kinda knew that you were able to do that, but we decided that if someone was able to do it they probably already knew quite a bit about the game's mechanics and that the part they skipped wouldn't have much to teach them. The decision sounded a bit like "eehh leave it in for the speedrunners" :) Whether that was a good decision ultimately I guess we don't know, but I'm glad to hear that someone appreciated it! We'll consider you our first speedrunner :D
It's very good. I enjoyed a lot, even though the song gave big anxiety .Good job!
It was better if you made the transition from one level to another smoother, i mean the bed part.
*maybe you would also like to play my submission*
Thanks for playing and for the review. We will consider that after the Jam, since we can't do much about it right now.
Nice game, the controls feel pretty tight. The graphics and music are nice as well. I noticed the level drops 1 square down in the grid whenever you complete a loop- minor nitpick, but that could be smoothed over.
Thanks for playing and for the review. We will consider that after the Jam, since we can't do much about it right now.
really loved this game nice work everything was nice
Thanks for playing man, we're glad you like it!
I thought the game was very well made. The graphics and sounds go very well together!
Thanks for playing, man! We're glad you liked it!
You What my favorite thing about the game was....DYING no seriously I loved the visual and satisfying it was so satisfying.
Thanks for playing, man! I guess you could say we knew there would be lots of dying, so we tried to make it as painless as possible. Thanks for your feedback!
The feel of the game is great i really loved the audio for the jump and the different intractable items. go sheep!
Thanks for playing, man! The sheep seem to be a favorite for lots, me included :D Glad you liked it!
The controls and platforming is really good and very celeste like. I love the sheeps a lot.
Thanks for playing our game, man! We were definetly Celeste inspired during the jam :D Also the sheeps are one of my favorite bits, speaking for myself. Thank you for your time!
I join those who comment that it is like playing Celeste. Great job!.
Thanks, man. Celeste was definetly in our heads as we made it. I managed to binge play it for about 6 hours straight during the jam instead of doing useful things for the team XD. But anyway, thanks again for playing!
The platfromer elements are super polish! The graphic is awesome and the concept is really good too!
Thanks for the feedback, man! We're glad you liked it!
Amazing
Thanks for playing, man!
Very Awsomeeeee.........like concept
Thanks for playing, man! We're glad you liked it!
I love it. I feel like i'm playing celeste.
We're glad you liked it, man! Celeste was one of our inspirations. I managed to waste 6 straight hours of dev time playing it instead of helping the team :D
The controls are so buttery smooth the character feels amazing to play i'm glad i didn't just make a straight up platformer i wouldn't be able to beat this but i do have one thing that i don't like it looks like the the art is filtered i don't know if that's just because of my laptop's resolution or if it's supposed to look like that
We're glad you liked it, man! I noticed that on the web build I had some of that too when I didn't play it in fullscreen. When it was in fullscreen it seemed to be fine. If you play it in fullscreen and it's still fuzzy, maybe it is because of your resolution. That's strange.. I'm sorry you didn't see it look quite right :/ Hopefully it's something we can fix!
I really enjoyed playing this game, it was super cool!
Thanks for playing and spending your time with us, man!
I love the controls, well done!
Thanks, man!
It is very Celeste style, I love it!
Thanks! Celeste was our big inspiration I think. (I wasted lots of time playing it rather than helping the team)
LOL!
It is very Celeste style, I love it!
