How does your game represent "Slick"?
Flinging around in space from planet to planet is really slick.

"I'm in space!" Nice dunkey sample.
Ah, so much to love here. Vibes are immaculate. I had a great time coasting through this good-looking world with some wonderful music playing. I thought it was a cool idea that music was a reward for exploration. Motivated me to explore more than anything else would have. Not much to say about the core gameplay; it's fun and satisfying. There was a nice range of difficulty between trials, too. And a nice score screen to top it all off. I ended up with 64 slickness. This will probably be my last game for the jam, and what a game to end it on. Great stuff.
This is now my favorite game of the whole jam, and it isn't even particularly close. An Originality score of 5 stars is pretty rare from me, but this gets it without a doubt. 5 Stars in every category in fact. This is so much to play, listen to, look at...I even want to taste it!
I'm on a time crunch and wasn't able to beat this today, but I will definitely be coming back to this after the voting ends. Great effin' job, you should all be MEGA proud! :)
perfect
everything from the gameplay, art and soundtrack are insanely good for 9 days
I love the orbit mechanics and the art is really well done. It didn't work in full screen on browser for me, though, so I kept clicking my mouse outside the game window and crashing, lol, and also the map took up a large part of the screen (unsure if it's because I wasn't in full screen).
The music is also really chill.
Super simple game with some really fun mechanics. I think using the moon gravitation to influence the direction you go is super fun! Scanning the planet was also a nice change of pace and breaks up the feel that everything is the same. I also love the 3d assets combined with 2d assets. Always one of my favorite things. Great work!
Whoa! I love how simple the controls are but the results are so SLICK and fun to explore! I really appreciated the music as the reward of the tutorial cuz that was a slick song too. Love the art style and direction! Amazing work!
Awesome beats! Colourful graphics! Slick sound effects!
Some feedback:
- I wish it'd say how many more slick points i need to unlock the next area, so I can decide whether I want to keep trying the difficult star-time-trials or not
- Sometimes it's hard to tell which way the next star or planet is
- I think the trajectory lines are sometimes wrong, even for stuff within its range.
P.s. did you have to write a scientific mathematical equation to calculate which way the line goes???? You're pretty slick for that!
Wow, I love the concept and how moving around works
Very well done, especially the reward after finishing the tutorial
I enjoyed it a lot, everything just came together, great job!
hell yeah. extremely fun. great mechanics, music, has it all!
5/5/5/5!
Very polished game with a cool shooting mechanic. Well done!
This game is really awesome! I love the planet gravity based movement, it feels great! That music really was a reward, too, I love music that invokes the wonder of space! Great job all around!
perfect game for me. i always try to give feedback to people and try to say what i loved, but maaaan, i have nothing to say because i legit loved everything about this. actually, one thing, i wish stars in an active trial can be differentiated from non-activated stars, sometimes, those are close together and it can get slightly confusing. but yeah, adored this game, and i hope i got everything or close to it.
