Neat and unique game that implements the theme well! I liked the style and comedy in the game too. I wish the animations were a bit shorter or there was a way to speed up the game. It also took me a second to understand the game although the description helped a bit.

Took me awhile to get a grasp of the mechanics but overall a nice social game,

P.S please try and rate my game

I did 115k, I found it interesting, the only thing that made it difficult for me was not being fluent enough to understand what the character was saying.

This is my favorite game of the jam thus far, and for a few reasons.

1. It uses the theme in a non-superficial way. You have to consider what's on the dice faces as a part of the overall risk/reward tradeoff, which is at the core of the game's design.

2. Simple discrete choices that have the potential to be much more interesting if developed further.

3. It's the ideal vertical slice for a game jam. Just enough gameplay to show the potential for something longer with more depth, but not so much gameplay that it gets mired in complexity and becomes impossible to complete in three days.

Of all the games, I found myself playing this one the longest. I was intrigued by the potential strategies one could employ in picking the dice, passing, choosing which dice to roll and in what order. Although I doubt any game made in three days can have much deep strategy to it, I was presented with something that can certainly be developed into a game with a much richer set of strategic decisions.

This is a solid base to iterate on. If you can add some more states between players, roguelike elements between the rounds, more ways of deckbuilding with the dice themselves, you could have something here.

I like the vibe this game tries to convey. Mechanically, it encourages players to play longer. The background music is really fitting and well-done. The art, although simple, is clear, consistent, and appropriate.

One suggestion I have is to fix a few bugs, such as when the dice panel appears on its own without being hovered over.

i honestly love the concept, graphics are pretty cute!

Really cool idea, loved the game show aesthetic and the mechanic was easy enough to grasp. Could see more stuff added with many different effects that could spice things up

The concept is there, but I felt like the game was missing some kind of a hook. Well done!

Nice style on this game!

I don't know if I'm unlucky or not, but towards the end of the game, more negative-sided dices started appearing, and until then, the game had felt easy. But after that I had to think and reroll certain dice. Great design.

Developer(+1)

Yeah, the dice faces are absolutely random so it already happened while testing to have sometimes only positive or negative faces.

We could have added some extra conditional rules to avoid that instead of purely random but there wasn't enought time for that XD

I think it is better, real life dices are also purely random.
I deliberately thought that more negative-weighted dice appeared towards the end of the game.

Its a pretty nice game. tho i found the game a little confusing but and the sound and the art is just what it needs to be a game. Good Job !!

I liked the music and the sound effects.

The game  goes by quite slowly, especially when you can only interact with one dice and have to wait for it to slowly finish rolling. Cool conceept

i really love the idea, the art style is great too

Very engaging, I wish there was a way to skip the dice rolling animation. I don't know why but I love the sound of the dice.

Developer

Clever actually! we could have added a option to make it faster on settings.
Thanks for trying our game :D
