Interesting puzzle like game, wish we could also replace the die with another die and not just move one die to another empty space so that we can create an empty space to put the new die,

P.S please try and rate my game,

Also I think i got 2nd place

Ah yes, Mervert Sloane, the prank name my dad and his friend would put into the wedding registry when they were younger.

Really smartly designed puzzle game. It uses the dice faces pretty well, I can definitely see how you could get some crazy scores with the multiplier. I wish there was a tutorial as it took me a couple runs to actually figure out what was going on but once I understood it was a lot of fun.

there were a few times where I would only have enough of one resource to make a multiplier die or 1 more of itself and nothing else - this would effectively lock you into only one multiplier for that run which caps out your score pretty low. also I couldn't put my name as "BAR" and had to do "BARR", I assume there was a 4 character minimum for the leaderboard

really clean visuals and audio and a great submission overall!

First of all, this is one of those games I found in the jam that doesn't just shove in a dice mechanic willy-nilly or have a carbon copy of something else and slap the dice there just to aura farm. That alone deserve a high rating on the theme, amazingly done.

Now let's go into the gameplay. At first honestly feels kinda confusing on what is happening and the tutorial on the game page need more details. Once you get to understand the game, It's a really fun game about optimizing things.

The aesthetic meshes with the gameplay very well  as it looks really clean and simple. But 1 of the things that I like the most about this game is the music, this is such a banger.

Welp, all in all it seems that this game is going to be stuck in "Games that I play during lecture" Folder for a really long while.

This game has some interesting concepts but a couple bugs (or design flaws) undermine its enjoyment. The very first thing I’d advice would be to add some instructions and rules to the game page since there are none in-game and some quirks are not explained in-game. Looks like a flush can be made with some combinations of different die kinds but not all combinations work. Also, I was able to set an L shape combination where I placed a die at the corner and I got both die but I was hoping there’d be some score incentive for that. On the other hand I also had a situation where I had 54_45 and when I placed a 3 in the middle only the first one counted (and I really wanted to clear the second ones). Ultimately, each run is conditioned to the random placement of the initial dice. I was lucky and placed high in the leaderboard and then it never happened again. This may work better as a series of intentionally designed puzzles with deterministic dice creation where it is feasible to clear the whole board, otherwise it feels unfair to even compare different runs on the leaderboard.

Good feedback. Thanks for playing.

Really great points about precedence being a problem that interferes with the player's strategy. I wanted to do what Balatro does and only score the "hand" with the highest points. It didn't really occur to me that players might want to intentionally score a lower hand as a setup for something bigger.

Cool concept like the orginality of it, I saw that u used your own engine in the discord server, really respect that, great work! Dont forget to check out my game!

Submitted(+1)

The concept is quite original. The game is a one-player affair. I'm glad you managed to give the game a finished look! The leaderboard is fake.

the fact that you used no big engine in cool. The sound is awesome and the art is crisp. 👍

Design is great! File hierarchy also looks cool, I guess no game engine?

Yeah. I made it from scratch. You can use my base engine if you're interested in that kind of thing. TheoBendixson/2DPixelArtGameTemplate2025: Updated 2D Pixel Art Game Template and Starting Point for "from scratch" Indie Devs
