good game not perfect for who don’t speak English. But i like it
simple and charming story ^^ I don't understand why I won so easily though, I was doing like 5 times more damage - even though I couldn't get the ingredients correctly hehe

I thought this game was super cute! I failed to grow the plant correctly, and was disappointed that I never got another chance to try even though I chose to plant herbs multiple days after. I don't know if there are choices that make it so Auren will help you with the potions, but alas Auren snubbed me. 😢 One small bug I noticed: when you ask Auren to help you, the next line of text says "You ask Lynn to help you." Anyway, I had fun and now I want to make a visual novel. 😂 Great job!
Aw... I tried to give the player another chance for growing the plant, but it didn't work and I was losing my mind XDD
So I just gave up on it 😭

Lovely art and cute story ! It reminded my of the story of these isekai animes where people reincarnate and go to the magic academy. I liked the fact that you had to remember how to grow your plant *which I didn't so mine didn't lmao*. But I won the tournament !

I love the art so much, it’s adorable. and the game it’s self is pretty straight forward without just feeling like a wall of text. I would have loved to see options for changing text size but otherwise very nicely done

The art on this project was awesome. I really liked the character design and the UI/UX elements. Beautifully crafted. There was also a surprisingly copious amount of writing done! Must not have been an easy feat for a jam of 9 days with a small team.
I too completely wrecked poor Auren and Lynn in the duel. They must've thought that i was Harry Potter in disguise or something.
Its a really impressive entry! You should feel very proud of yourself. I don't usually play visual novel games, but I really enjoyed the world building on this. I hope you continue building on the world of Belveren.

As you mentioned, the writing was the hardest part. I'm not a writer... I couldn't force myself to write something under such a tight deadline and still make it turn out as good as I do with my art. It still lacks a lot in my opinion, but I'm glad you liked it!

A cute game, an interesting concept and amazing art! I don't really understand how the fights work, I just studied a bit and suddenly I'm doing like 80 damage and taking 10, but that wasn't the main point, and just having these is already way above what I expected. Very good!

That's a great take on the the theme and it's an interesting showcase for a visual novel type of game in Godot. The art is very nice, I'm impressed you did all this solo in nine days. I felt like there were a few little quirks with the audio stopping at some point and sometimes the actions didn't really seem to do anything. But overall, solid game and amazing work!
