Right after the first character dropped, I jumped around a bit and a second one came after it. If you look in the comments section, you'll see someone got even more than two. I played on Firefox.

Thank you for playing! I will consider adding controller support in future games. The brake was a custom setup and that's probably why it wasn't recognized by the controller.

I bumped my head on every wall, but in the end I knew where I was. An interesting idea. Good work!

Those Brownies are pretty cool. And the music is very enjoyable and fitting for the game. The book sorting puzzle was a bit confusing, but, all in all, good job!

I never expected to play with bacteria. A very interesting concept. Good work!

Thanks for playing! Those radars are kind of faulty, so they work in their own way.

Still, good work! As for my PC, it's a Ryzen 3 2200G with 16 GB of RAM (Windows). If you ask me, the lag may have had something to do with particle effects. I have encountered that before.

I don't know how I got two playable characters, but it was cool. The music is really engaging and the graphics look nice. Also, I love the water particle effects and it was nice to see I wasn't the only one to use Godot 3.6.  I kind of got stuck, though. Anyway, good work!

The simplicity of the game makes for a relaxing experience. Some music, sound effects and maybe a few particle effects (like water bubbles) would have made the game more fun. Anyway, nice work!

I liked the graphics, the laser sound effects were pretty cool and the voice acting was a nice touch. I'm not sure if the dialog was supposed to overlap with other dialog, though.

Thanks for playing!

The game looks very polished and I like the music. Still, it feels a bit repetitive, as all rooms resemble each other. Also, the boss battle made the game lag. But, I did not give up and reached the end of the game.

It's definitely an interesting concept. The music is nice. However, I think it would have been better to use a more readable font for the journal.

A well built game. I like the music and sound effects and it was nice to see my village grow. Good work!

A unique platformer. It is a bit difficult and I would have liked to see more color in the game, but, all in all, good work!

Those oddly-shaped windows sabotaged me. Even if I got the code, I didn't have time to enter it. Anyway, good work!

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! I originally had more traps set up, but I had to give them up as the game was way too punishing. I left the obstacles unmarked, as an ”unseen” challenge. In future games I may consider implementing multiple levels of difficulty.

Thank you for the feedback!

It looks really good and it's fun to play. You should finish the rest of the levels after the jam is over. I'd really love to play some more.

The graphics could have been more eye pleasing, but the concept and controls are nice. Good job!

I ran like the wind. Or... more likely like a breeze. But it was fun. And the shady town was amusing.

Fishing with ninjas? That's new... but it's fun. The game screen could have been a bit bigger though. On the other hand, the fishing mechanics feel satisfying and the dialog is funny. Good job!

Great take on the Jam's theme! A bit difficult, but fun!

Quite difficult, but the game has a very nice design and pleasant music.

The concept is great, the music is nice and the guide is very helpful! However, after the lady left, it would have been very useful to have some subtle hints. The way it is, makes it really hard to predict where you have to go. But overall, not bad. Good work!

Not much action, but good graphics, nice storyline and... I actually won. Hurrah!

Thanks for playing!

It may not be much, but I managed to create a stable economy. And the graphics look nice.

You really do have to watch your step.  Though a bit hard, it's simple and fun to play. Good work!

(1 edit)

The movement controls were a bit unusual and some of the objects seemed to be black instead of the required colours (the downloadable version has better graphics), but overall the game looks nice, it has a relaxing atmosphere and, most importantly, it's fun to play.

Thank you for playing. Yes, the second level is a bit harder, but I really wanted to put a hefty slope into the game.

I like the music and atmosphere of the game. The controls could have been more precise. But the game has a nice premise and it was fun to defend my art.

Nice graphics, enjoyable music and it's easy to play. I like it!

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Thank you for playing the game.

What a funny idea! If you think about it, it shows how bothersome electric devices can be.

Having fun is the point of any game and Plant Patrol is definitely entertaining. I believe that with a bit of improvement here and there, like adding some level themes, power-ups and tweaking the controls a bit, Plant Patrol could be a great game for Android. Also, this game was featured on dvellum.wordpress.com. You’re welcome to have a look.

Good Job! It's a well-designed game and fun to play. Also, the controls feel intuitive and responsive.

This game reminds me of a minigame from Frogger 2.

It's a funny game! Switching roles is just what you deserve for being a butcher.
