It took me a hot second to get used to the UI, but once I clicked around and comprehended what I was doing, I really got into it. I enjoyed eviscerating X 😅 Nice submission!

I saved the world! Your idea was a really good approach to the theme. I'd like to be able to move a little faster and to not have the inventory limit (or if there is an inventory limit, have the ability to drop things). I'd also like there to be a way to restart just one level instead of needing to restart the whole game to fix holding the wrong object in your inventory.

Great submission! My high score was 4797, and this game really sucked me in! I really like the way you used the coin for everything. Balancing between buying a shield and shooting enemies was a good trade off. The only nitpick I have is I wish the max hp were displayed somewhere so the player can know how much healing they'll get.

Great submission! I got a score of 2522. I wasn't able to get the tutorial to work, but everything was self explanatory enough that jumping into the full game wasn't a problem. The game was very well polished. Nicely done!

Wow! The audio and visuals (like the footprints) all really sold the creepy vibe. I actually screamed when I saw the mannequins. I really enjoyed lifting the doors. Really well done!

Nice submission! I liked the matching game the best. I am bad at dodging the bullets coming from the enemies, so I could've used easier extra lives 😅 One nitpick is I think the game could've benefited from sound control to change the volume of the music vs the sound effects separately to tone down the bullet noise. All in all, a good game!

Nice submission! The screen shake was a great touch with the sword swing. I also enjoyed the sword to turret transition. I thought the turret was less useful than the sword since by the time I got it out and started shooting enemies, an enemy would be in shooting distance of me, and I wish there were an ammo counter somewhere.  I thought the music and sound effects were a really good fit for the game. All in all, a really good submission especially for your first game!

Thank you for playing! I enjoyed seeing your approach to doing something with jobs with the theme repurposed!

There are a few plug and play leaderboard options out there, and I used SilentWolf (https://silentwolf.com/) which is an easy to use free plugin for Godot. It isn't the best one out there, but it works well for what I need it to do. I've used it before for other game jams, and it isn't hard to set up (the instructions are basically put the files in the addons folder and do a couple API calls).

Nice submission! I love the art, the color scheme, and the atmosphere of the game. I ran into a bug where the examine prompt wouldn't close, but that didn't break the game for me.

Nice submission! This pizza shop should probably be shut down by the health department 😅

Nice submission! This was a very original idea. It took a hot second for me to figure out what to do, but I got my corpsecraft in the end!

Nice submission! This was the smoothest 3D game I've played on the web in this game jam. I really liked how the music changed when a toxic barrel was on screen. I thought the last goal could've required fewer recycled blocks since the player doesn't have to do much at that point other than grabbing toxic barrels.

Nice submission! The character models are so adorable! I appreciate the way the music changed when the enemy noticed the player. I wasn't able to get the ranged weapon to work, but I was able to use the melee weapon.

Nice submission! I like the game loop of breeding the porpoises to get new types of porpoises. I appreciated being able to speed up and slow down time.

I'm not sure if money meant anything? I seemed to be able to buy/upgrade whenever I wanted. It would be nice to have a money indicator to know how much money the player has available.

I found that sometimes female porpoises became pregnant even if there weren't any male porpoises in the tank with them 😅

I was able to complete all the achievements and breed the final purple porpoise!

Nice submission and great job implementing the main menu system with the controls updates. I like the turn based puzzle concept, but the robots should take their turns faster so the player doesn't have to wait as long. Also, I wish there was a way to know how many robots were on a square at once (or limit it so robots can't stack). I got smacked at the end not realizing there were more robots in front of me than I had hearts.

Nice submission! I like all the different sounds and voices, and some of the trait + job combinations were pretty funny. One suggestion with the words coming out of the telephone is to have the first click display all the words and the second click go on to the next message so the player doesn't have to wait for the words to appear.

I loved the way the rat could carry many many objects on his head! I couldn't find the plastic recycling area at first since it was in the back corner, but once I found that I was able to get all the achievements.

I love the idea of controlling the cat with the laser pointer! I thought it was fun to watch the cat interact with the blue balls (and Jerry RIP), and I would love to see more interaction of the cat with the environment (plants on the floor?). Great submission!

Nice submission, and I appreciate that you had a tutorial that explained all the game systems. The music added to the atmosphere, and I thought the art for the heroes was good. I really liked the deck building aspect of the temp job cards.

I like the idea for a game like this (reading the quote and deciding which cutlery fits the best). Unfortunately, Meeda was always unhappy no matter the cutlery.

I love the dithering and the camera mechanic! The whole atmosphere was spooky, and I got the shivers as the creepy enemies were approaching in the dark. Great submission!

Nice submission! I liked the exploration aspect of trying out different items to see what they did. I thought it was really cool that the same island was shared by all your characters, and you could loot the dead body of your previous character. Also, the random encounters were great. I had one character with seven bottles and the rock, paper, scissors kid took three of them 😅

Nice submission! It took me a bit to figure out how to play (look at the recipe book for which recipe to make based on eye color, drag the ingredients to the grinder, put the cup underneath, then click on the alien to give him the drink), but once I got the hang of it I was able to progress. My browser wasn't able to display the heart symbol, so it took me a bit to figure out that the number was the number of lives I had left.

This game is amazing! The art style, the sound design, the story, the humor, everything was so enjoyable!

Great submission! I liked all the flavor text sprinkled about, and the visuals were awesome!

Sometimes when walking into a building, the robot would immediately recognize me even though I was on the other side of the room and beeline toward me. I'm not sure if that was intended or not.

Great submission! The roblets are adorable, and I love the way their eyes follow the mouse. I didn't expect it to get as hard as it did. Switching the direction of the belt on the last couple levels was a good idea.

Wow! Awesome submission! You did a great job implementing the Katamari mechanic. I'm bad at precision jumping, so I really appreciated being able to jump multiple times in the air 😅

Thank you for playing! I appreciate your suggestions and your thorough review. I'll be releasing an update after the game jam with a couple of updates, including a button to bring back up the classifieds and the ability to zoom. I'll try to fix the text fuzziness as well. I found that problem on the last day of the game jam, and I couldn't get it fixed in time.

Thank you for playing! I appreciate your feedback, and I'll be releasing an update after the game jam with a couple of updates including being able to reassign animals the same day the player placed them.

Great game! The 2048 type mechanic mashup with a roguelike is such a good idea. The whole experience was charming, from the visuals to the sound to the gameplay.

This game has such a good gameplay loop. I'm terrible at this kind of game, but I kept playing past when I unlocked all the upgrades (other than Getting Wide which it looks like it stops at 10 levels, not 15).  I died pretty much every round, but I always had some upgrades to look forward to so my bad piloting skills didn't bother me. Nicely done!

Great submission! I really enjoyed the various puzzles, and the visuals were great. Congratulations on your first game jam!

Wow, great visuals! I'm impressed how polished this is! The atmosphere is excellent, and the sound design really adds to it.

Great submission, and the art is amazing! Nice work!

Great submission! The art was beautiful, and the names of the items were awesome. The game had great polish.

Wow, this game really kept up the tension. The audio and visuals did a great job of adding to the atmosphere. I usually don't like horror games, but you did a great job with this one!

Nice submission! This is a really good prototype, and I love where this is going! The sound effects are super satisfying.

Nice submission! I like the different combinations of truck abilities and the variety of monsters. The overheating mechanic was a nice inclusion to give the player more choices to weigh each turn.

I love the idea for this! After cutting out the letters, I often had trouble dragging them onto the ransom note. I would cut out a whole bunch of letters, and then at least some of the pile I could drag onto the note. Also, I thought the music fit really well!

Wow, what a great game! The art style is beautiful and the music really adds to the cozy atmosphere. I had a lot of fun and played for quite a while.
