Cool game, got myself stuck at the computer part for a bit, because i was trying to rename it and then double click the file, instead of pressing enter after renaming. Other than that, pretty good game. I liked the visuals and music!

Developer

Thank you a lot! We may needed to make it more clear that you had to press enter to rename the file. Apart from that, I'm glad you enjoyed the game :)

Love this one, it has really cool pixel art with really fluid animations and a nice take on the theme, but it is kinda hard to beat. The second level is a huge step up from the first, I got stuck in the maze and unable to see where I was exactly, turns out I had to move upwards to unstuck myself, really hard that one, then I got stuck on the PC until I realised I had to rename the files and finally I got to the point of the flower boss fight (Flowey reference btw noice), in which I was able to make it step on the spikes once and then no more, but that might be skill issue from my part.

Thank you so much, I appreciate it! Yes, we had issues with the levels' difficulty and made some of them a bit too hard and didn't have enough time to properly test them. To beat the plant you need to make it follow you to one of the very sides of the room. You have to wait until it gets pretty close and then you sprint to the other side trying to align it to the spikes. Thank you for playing btw :)

Really nice concept with a simple goal but a good level design! I was stuck into a wall on level 3, and then see your message on this bug :D

Art is the best I've seen yet. Gameplay left some to be desired

I enjoy this so much. All parts of game have own playstyle. Maze runner, Time attack, Puzzle, Platformer. It gave me exciting and uniqueness experience. Well cook.

Thank you a lot!

Extremely polished in visuals and audio, but gameplay can have some balancing for sure. Anyway, well done!

Thank you, I appreciate it :)

I loved it from the main menu, and when I started playing, it did not disappoint. Such a fun game!

Developer

I appreciate it mate!

I didn't enjoy this. It was way too easy to just get completely stuck. I'm with everyone else that level 2 was unintuitive. I got stuck on the computer. Even after looking in the comments for the solution, it was never possible for me to rename the files. Not sure what the note was for, as the F2 key never did anything. Looking into the comments it seems that the common problem with this game was the obscurity of the information that was being presented to us. A good puzzle game makes all of the tools we have to use obvious, but obfuscates the path to the solution. When you don't understand your tools or your way of interacting with the game, it tends to lead to frustration before anything else.

But hey, maybe I'm just saying nonsense because I'm bad at the game or something. Sorry I couldn't give a more positive review.

Sorry for your bad experience, as you may have noticed we had a problem with the difficulty of the levels. Most of them were easy and some more tricky. The 2nd level was rushed in the last minutes before submission and I understand the labyrinth may have been too complex.  To pass the PC level you have to rename files by double clicking on the extension, renaming it to "txt" and press enter. Thank you so much for your feedback and for playing tho!

Nice game! Loved the simplistic style, but I couldn't get past the flower boss guy, I couldn't get to the button fast enough while they were still on the platform. Otherwise great job!

Developer

You have to wait on one of the sides until it gets very close to you. Then you sprint to the other side trying to get the flower to align with the platform and then you press the button. Thank you for playing and for your kind words tho! :)

Pretty cool game design. Maybe it could be helpful to give some hints for the player what to do. Like the texture of a object you can interact with should glow up or smth like that

Developer

Thank you so much for your feedback!

Nice game! Although the platformer at the end was cool, it was really brutal starting all the way over every time you died. Could be a me problem but I'd appreciate some checkpoints there. I loved the random changes, like making you miniature in one of the rooms, or the flower coming alive and after you. Loved how it got progressively weirder and crazier, good job guys!

Developer

Thank you! We noticed that too, but didn't have enough time to make the platformer easier , glad you enjoyed regardless!

Really cool game! i love the bobbly walking animation lol

imo the platformer level where the button chases you is kinda really long so i think if you added checkpoints there it wouldve helped a ton

but still! very fun game!

Developer

Thank you a lot! Glad you enjoyed the game :)

Fell victim to the wall-stuck bug you mentioned lmao oops, went back and replayed it, very fun game for the concept stemming from just pressing a button.

Developer

Thank you for playing and for your patience X )

It was fun and I like the office horror in it, only worked in one briefly before COVID and it feels like that lol.
The art was also nice and really added to the feeling of the game!

Thank you so much, we appreciate it :)

Nice work! I really like the idea with the twist on button games and the story, it was really fun to play. I also like the visuals and love the player animation, which I found really cool. Great submission!

Really liked this one! The art and style was amazing and the gameplay was really good! One note was the sound, some things were too loud and too quiet, the speaker and the text sounds were really quiet whereas the end of game glitch sound effect was really loud. overall the balancing could be improved. Other than that, well done!

Developer

Yes, I noticed that too. I've never managed audio before and this being my first jam didn't work in my favor. Thank you so much for your kind words!
