so well polished and good looking game with celevr idea and clever puzzles. I think the best part of this game is when most puzzlegames have planned amount of fails you need for each level, this you can continue and move pieces around and there is no "right answer" to finish nay level. Also i collected 9/10 poitons becouse lvel 9 is so hard. Also i didnt have time for bonus levels for now but i may od them later. THis has potential for bigger game and is almost perfect jam submission

Great and all around just some really solid level design! I loved the ending of escaping. Just really solid attention there. Music is great and fitting too! Great game :)
I like the idea you have going on here where you have to purposely smash yourself into blocks in order to break them, but I feel like the character you have doesn't match the gameplay. The character is just some normal explorer person who turns into a pool of blood when they die, so it feels weird that blocks get destroyed when they get squished into a wall. I realize this is just a jam game, but if you decide to expand upon this, maybe it would make more sense if you played as like a volatile exploding robot or magical statue? Or even just a normal guy with dynamite strapped to his chest, idk.
This is an amazing game.
1. Art & Music
The art of this game blew me away, I cannot beleive this was made in 48-72 hours, the animations and the backround go very well together and the feel of the music is great.
2. The Idea
The idea of this game is something I find very interesting, you see the theme of the jam is interpreted in a very good way. In this game Failure is progress.
3. Complaints
I only have one complaint really and that is that in some levels the floating pads don't move and you have to restart the level.
I would suggest you play this game as it is very fun. Kudos to Iron Juice.
Hi! I've put together a list of my top games from the jam and before I post them on the community section, I'm just checking that you are okay having your game's link on the list?
Fantastic game! I really like the mechanic, and the levels are really well designed. I haven't tried the bonus levels yet, but I'm impressed you found time to make them.
Having the potions as an optional challenge was a really good idea. It's really satisfying to get something and know that you exceeded expectations.
The platforming controls are the only real complaint I have. They're functional, but a little odd at times. For example, when trying to jump onto a block that was moving towards me, the character would occasionally double-jump and go flying over the top.
I love the aesthetic, and having the player exit into the fresh air in the final level was a really nice touch.
This game is one of the best- if not THE best I have played in a jam. The level design was incredible, the concept, the all of it is just absolutely incredible. I'd buy a small Steam version of this if you released it!
Really well-made puzzle game! I liked the concept of having to "smash" yourself between blocks to make progress, and some of the later puzzles were actually really challenging. I had a lot of trouble with Level 8, but I couldn't tell if the puzzle itself was a difficulty spike or I was just suffering from dumb brain.
Great submission, and really well-polished, especially for a jam game!
Great great game!!
This is underrated, more people should play this!
This was tough, real tough. But designed so good so it keeps you going. I wasn't able to complete level 8 and I'm glad you made a stage select which I can just skip it.
Graphics are awesome, sfx (especially the blocks) are great. Love the collectibles, and the fact that you made 4 extra tough extra levels!!
Well done, well polished. Good job!
Great game! Love it. Best game out of the entire jam! Puzzles were fantastic, and my hands are killing me from solving that last challenge puzzle!
Nice polished, works cool concept optimized - really good submission to the jam!
A really nicely polished game! The artwork and animations were great, and the game itself was a pretty intuitive puzzle solving game, although the player controls did feel a little off at times. Adding that little bit more of optional challenge with the collectable potions was a great addition - especially the ones that forced you to think about the moves you were making in advance. The sounds were nice, and the music was fitting for the game's theme. One thing I would've liked would be a no-go zone for the boxes around the spawn area, since it was annoying to be repeatedly crushed every other time I spawned in, but that's more of a minor thing. It was a great game regardless though, so good job!
Super cool game! It has some really nice mechanics, and puzzles! The color pallet is awesome, and it is very polished!
Great concept and was implemented very well, the graphics and animation were also very good! The core mechanic was easy to understand but made for some really nice puzzle solving! Maybe seeing a distance or having some indicator as to how close you have to be to a crusher to activate would make some of the puzzle solving clearer. Other than that, this is an outstanding game!
Fun game :D!
Visual pixel art style is nice and the puzzles are good also. A bit trial and error but I did manage to understand the goal quickly.
Keep up this good work!
