The game was fun but it just doesn't give me time to react sometime

I didn't know you recommended I play with sound off. I just embraced it as by the end it sounded like I was in a tractor. Felt like a force of nature, though the blind jumps caused me to end a bit prematurely. I was in the red area after just hitting the red button and died shortly after. Didn't feel like running back again as I was already doing a lot of that. It's a pretty cool game. It's got a lot of charm to it, so I'll probably come back at some point to try and finish it
butterflies! i really enjoyed the simple act of placing/deleting platforms. really shook up the platformer loop a little! i thought the style and graphics were beautiful. minimalist but full of character, sharp lines but wobbly camera movements! very stylish, well done.
overall i found it a bit too difficult/unforgiving. personally i couldn't make it past the red zone. the controls on the wall jump were tough to figure out - i think perfecting that would have solved a lot of problems.
great work overall!
Pretty interesting concept and definitely one of the more unique entries I've played thus far. I like the player avatar's look, the very quick movement, and the animations are easy to read. It is a little strange to have to completely stop you movement to place a platform which gets some getting use to mainly because movement is so fast and it has so many puzzle elements that to have to completely stop to play a platform feels off. I wonder if perhaps allowing me to place the block without having to switch mode by using the mouse to place a platform if I have one or right click over an existing one to remove it while I still run and platform might make it a better experience.
Frustrating but kept me on the edge for sure haha, loved the comical aspect of the different lines from everyone stuck in the cave too. Great game will definitely come back again!
Nice attempt at a puzzle platformer. The wall jump felt very hard to execute, try slowing down the player while they are sliding to make it a lot easier. Originally I thought the vines on the ceiling were spikes, make it very clear what will kill the player. The placing platform mechanic felt like the most unique, I think you should've tried to fit the game around that more. And a little freeze frame or slowdown when transitioning between screens would be great!
I really loved the concept and being able to swap between platforming and placing things. The opening scene of falling was hilarious and well done. The movement is a bit slidey, and I wish there was a checkpoint in each screen. Overall, good job!!
Neat gameplay idea. The butterflies being blocks placed on a grid was a great idea - But the floaty controls and hard screen transitions gave me some eye strain , it's probably just me. The sprites and tile set looks nice. Good Job
I agree with Mistafixxa069, in some parts you had no way of knowing of the spikes around the corner, also really liked the sound, and the bug only happened to me towards the end
Looks nice game, and there are something very simple but clever with Placing blocks - feature. Controls are such bad, because you have to change your hands position all the time and jumping is based on the space bar, which is good only if you use thumb on Space.
Why not to place items by pressing a keyboard button, while then there are not be the same capabilities as using the mouse, but would it matter sooner or later?
I'd like to see some more checkpoints here, because hazards are too close to transforming room edges and while there you really can't run in a room when you just very often had to. It would also be nice to see the flies to fly around, as they are flies. Placing the blocks are not placing correctly into grid either.
Malek, I am happy to have played your game and have seen how great the sound and graphical design are.
There are some few problems for me though, the player’s max speed is a little too fast.
There are also some blind jumps to transitions like the upper section where you learn how to walljump, I think that too many people would just not have the proper reaction time to the spikes…
Anyways, nice game all in all!
