I just played the game!

This was fun, clever puzzle game. I morbidly enjoyed torturing the poor cute little soul. The controls were intuitive once I made it through a couple rooms, but I think you had enough space to work them into the UI on either the far right or left side of the screen. It would be a handy reminder to right click to remove and things like that when you're in the early game.

I liked the zoom in after solving a puzzle. Nice touch. I do wish there was a button to increase the speed, so you could watch your setup playout quicker to determine where you misplaced spikes and try again instead of waiting it out.

I did encounter one bug. I think it was a collision issue. I hit this spike and the character was just stuck:

Overall, I had a fun time with this. Great work!

Oof, it isn’t a collision issue. It’s a one sided spike, click on it to toggle it’s side. Thanks for playing!!!

Cool concept. I had an issue with fullscreen tho, there was part of the level being out of screen so I had to un-fullscreen, but then scrolling the middle mouse would scroll my browser. Also it felt unnecessary to have all the spikes available when scrolling even the ones you dont have any of, was a bit hard to know right off the bat what you had available.

It's a good idea, it's different and original. Cool game.

Developer

Yeah rocky…. I should have tried the width on the browser’s full screen before doing any level designing, and should have let the game project have it’s own scrollbars. Shoulda also given a downloadable version.

was confused at the start but once i understood it was really fun! it feels great sling-shotting bob around with spike onto other spikes and the screen transitions were good too!

Developer

thanks Malek!!!

I feel like such a jerk playing this! Lol. But I think it's done well and I like the types of spikes. I could see this as a full game with more content honestly.

Thanks for playing! I actually wasn’t trying this much on this jam as I’ve joined soooooo many jams this year!
