Ah love a good boss fight in my endless runner. I felt the poison fruit was a bit mean. Like it was placed in a way that usually meant i couldn't take any of the surrounding fruit. This game is really juicy! Loved how even dying was satisfying. Really nice job!

Yeah, sometimes it could be placed in the middle of tons of fruit. One thing to keep in mind is that it is better to pick up 3 fruit where one is bad than jumping over all of them.

DEFINITELY up there on my rankings for this jam. Endless runners are a genre that, or me, seemed done-to-death, but I found myself seriously enjoying this one. There's something about the core gameplay that makes me just keep restarting! This is my second time playing through (I played when it was first submitted, but I don't think ratings were open) and I had a blast. 

I like how deaths always feel fair. The game warned you about that enemy coming on screen, so what are you gonna do? Cry about it? Seriously fun stuff.

I agree, the endless runner genre is not really evolving, but I think you can do a lot around it during a jam.
It gives the game some replayability without needing to create too much content.

So much to love about this game, especially conceptually and visually! The little trophies are great, the (Kirby inspired?) eye-demon is amazing, and while I felt initially the whole thing presentation was a bit intense, it's something you can get used to if you stick with it. Good work!

Very fun! As a longtime Super Adventure Island fan, this totally scratched an itch.
I think my only note is that I'd appreciate a sound cue to go along with the visual warning for enemy spawns just because it's a little hard to take in the whole screen all at once.

This is a fever dream. I'm so impressed with how many unique graphic effects you pulled off in this pico cart! Love the crying sun!

 The game was a little too quick for me, but it doesn't feel unfair, and I can totally see someone getting sucked into score-chasing.

Your implementation of the theme is great! It makes every run feel tense and breaks up the frustrating trial-and-error cycles that a lot of other endless runners have.

WOW! Amazing game! It's pretty hard, but definitely had fun on this! The jump's kinda weird in being to sudden but yeah! Fun game.

Now this is juicy! And the sun is just a cool dude. After getting used to the game's speed and difficulty, things get really fun. Super well done!

Eh, the obstacles are easy to distinguish due to the color once you play one or two rounds, and the juicy jump works well with the speed to make the game feel really dynamic! So to me, it's not really an issue.

Yessss I've been excited for this since I saw the first GIF on the discord. Adorable and fun little game! I had some issues with readability like some others, but it didn't detract from the enjoyment too much. All of the enemies are really cute, which did make me feel bad annihilating them with my gun lol

Really fun. Lots of nice little touches.
I did find it a little hard to judge jump timing with the speed change, but overall really nice.

It was almost impossible without the warning icons πŸ™ˆ, but yeah, the jump is depending on the speed. A continuation on this might be to remove the variable speed.

Overall a really polished game with loads of juice and fun. I had a hard time differentiating the fruits, enemies and background but I got used to it over time.
