This SUCH A GOOFY GAME! I love how original the concept is. It had me laughing for a good while into the game. The aesthetic is so good. The emotional music that played as I trained one of the floating head things for the first time was oddly satisfying, lol. The only thing lacking for me is replayability, but I'm sure other mechanics could be added to fix this. Awesome job!
This game has quickly become one of my favorite entries due to its simplicity and silliness. It reminds me of the old Dreamcast virtual pet simulator, Seaman, where you raised a sentient fish-man creature using a microphone. This game evokes similar vibes with its bizarre creatures that you can talk to, and the concept of them learning from your speech is a cool mechanic that leads to chaotic fun!
However, if I'm being honest, as entertaining as it is to mess around with the creature heads, I wish there were more activities to engage with. Adding mini-games to help raise and evolve the creatures would have added depth and longevity to the gameplay. Additionally, implementing a cooldown system or introducing resource management, such as providing limited food or water, could have introduced consequences and challenges to the gameplay experience.
Overall, this game showcases a truly unique idea with its entertaining and peculiar concepts. I genuinely hope you consider expanding it further because it has the potential to become an even more enjoyable and wonderfully weird gem. Keep up the great work!
The creatures talk too slow, there should be a limit of how many of them you can have, also a way to kill the mistakes.
This is by far one of the most original and unique games I've played. It has a strange sort of feeling or atmosphere to it that I really enjoy. Sort of creepy, but almost calming and nostalgic. Your interpretation of the theme is also great, it's really outside of the box. I do think that adding a little more gameplay (while still maintaining that sandbox-type style!) would help it hold attention longer. The gameplay doesn't even need to be too unique though, as I found myself looking for any reason to play just a little bit longer so that I could continue being immersed. Would love to see similar games, or even an updated version of this one in the future :)
I really like the concept. Being the last one alive and being able to impart your words to unhuman like entities is a really bizarre and eerie thing. The song, sounds, and overall aesthetic also contributes to this feeling as well. Although I do think the stock image faces are a little goofy.
I think further work on this would involve adding more game mechanics and more individuality to each entity. You could add a system where entities could form relationships with each other based off various characteristics the player gives them. Also there is definitely an opportunity to leverage sentiment analysis on words/phrases given to the entities. Which you could then use to form a pseudo personality for them.

Weird and random, but I have a good time, I just make most of my babies(yes, babies) say stuff like hope, love, no hatred, peace, and then I started making the new ones say things like ''what is love, what is peace, why are you all moving aimlessly?''.
Man, I had to put a lot of my own imagination in this, so it had some meaning to it. This feels like the base of a game where you play to be god and you teach your creations how to act, but it's more of a bizzard thing so far.
I think if you really want to flesh out this, you have to look into artificial intelligence like ChatGPT or something like that and probably The Sims xd, oh and evolution simulators. that might be too much tho. I had a good time with your game tho.
Right now I got bored pretty quickly but I have the feeling there is some gold to dig with this. I just don't know how.
This was so weird, but in a good way. It was like listening to the thoughts of my past self, so in some sense a very interesting interpretation of the theme. I think it is intriguing as a concept, although not so much of a game because it lacks a clear objective or motivation for the player.
It could be a very interesting experiment if this was all taking place in a realtime room which a handful of people could join and 'leave imprints of themselves', which could then be spoken to. Might make for a unique icebreaker/conversation exercise.
That's a really interesting idea, having it as more of an icebreaker thing, it works quite well as this sorta weird interactive notice board. Thank you for engaging in the concept!
Such a bizarre, weirdly enjoyable experience. It was so insanely funny to me when, after what felt like 30 seconds of silence, a tiny one-memory creature I created drifted casually into the top right corner of the screen and blurted out "GOD DAMN"
Hahaha glad you found it funny :D, yes wasn't sure how people would react to the jumpscare of one speaking for the first time but I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Weirdly fun, especially when you have multiple creatures on screen. If you wanted to tap more into the humor side I think some sort of text to speech implementation could make this game absolutely hilarious when you create a lot of creatures.
As for making it a legitimate game I would say to focus more on the virtual pet mechanics and allow the player to customize each creature and let the creatures pick up more phrases based on the conversations they have. Lots of room for expansion, you've created a very open concept and I really hope you continue development because I would love to see where this goes.

Was always interested in doing a "seaman" style game and this was an attempt at that, being able to have the creatures grow and learn things is a really good direction for it, thank you for the suggestion :)). Also I would love to have done text-to-speech but had no idea if Unity had one, alas.
The game is funny and that's what makes it enjoyable. While there isn't much to do in this game, I think this idea of "give this thing a core memory" could be implemented into a full fledged game with some mechanics that revolve around it.
Yeah, just the phrasing of "core memory" has a really visceral feel to it, sadly couldn't think of a more interesting way to implement it but maybe with some development time!
I just think it shouldve have an objective.
