Fantastic music, super easy to pick up and play and oof, that satisfying screenshake! I got into a trance-like beat jamming to that rhythm, so well done! My only note would be adding alternate inputs as playing on a trackpad can be a bit finicky, although that might be on me for not using a mouse in the first place. Overall, smashing entry with a simple and effective mechanic!
I played for a lot longer with the "same" level needing an entirely different approach because of the varying number of bounces... solid replayability. This was a very creative take on the theme with an addictively good gameplay. The only note I'd have is the frame size because it didn't fit my viewport and I had to keep scrolling between levels.
Very nostalgic, creative, and addictive... Well done!
Thanks a lot for playing our game and taking the time to share your feedback, which is a very valid point! We ended up in favour of showing it because we couldn't playtest for visual recognition of a thing we drew ourselves, hehe. So I'm really glad to get this from a fresh pair of eyes :)) On hindsight we probably could have just shown it in the tutorial and then taken away them training wheels.
