The idea is great, but the game feels too punishing, if you force a blind jump down, don't put spikes, the collision box of the spikes was also too big for my taste.

Interesting concepts, the difficulty really spiked in the first room. At times some jumps seemed impossible but you just needed to jump from the very edge of the platform at the last possible moment.

This game has a nice idea, but I think it can be a bit unfair at some points. For example, there are multiple situations where you have to fall down into spikes or water without knowing that they were there. Also, there is a bug that let you make a double jump before unlocking it, by pressing W very fast. Anyway, I liked the game, and was fun to play.

[SPOILER]

Oh and that triple bow is really op :D

I don't know if the order is  randomised, but the difficulty was all over the place. The first level I got was really big and difficult (sort of a labyrinth), while the second one was small and easy (one with the sword). A gave up in the third one (with the boat), it was just too frustrating with the camera movement and the boat movement. Jumping on angled surface also doesn't work very well. Though, I do really like the overall esthetics of the game.

Pretty fun and visually nice, enjoyed the scenes too. I do think that introducing the boat and the sword at the same time is a pretty big difficulty spike, and that slopes felt a little weird. Good shit for first finished game

Really nice Jump'n'Run especially for your first finished game, the jump could be a little bit higher and the player feels unresponsive at times. But overall this is actually a really nice Jump'n'Run and definitely much better than my first finished Game :D.

It’s a pretty good action-platformer that has potential. There are some things I noticed which helped make the game better, such as coyote-time which I really appreciate. I also liked that the fonts are different depending on the person talking - this gives character despite not having any sounds. I’m not sure if the levels are actually randomly selected from the 13 cards, but if it is, I think that’s a pretty awesome concept!

Gameplay-wise, the controls are still not as tight as I wanted it to be and it’s difficult for me to navigate through narrow spaces with spikes. Because the level design is quite punishing, the controls become the most important thing in this game, and it’s definitely one of the more challenging aspects to get right. If you manage to nail that, it would definitely make this game shine. I had quite some fun but didn’t manage to finish all the levels. All in all, great job!

It could be very good, but it needs some work.
There's a fatal design choice that is restarting from the beginning every time you die. Since it's quite easy to die and it takes a while to move forward in the level, it gets very frustrating.
Some sound effects for jumping, dying and picking up stuff would have been nice.
This game has potential, I hope you'll improve it after the jam :)

The game is not a disaster but is not good either.

The controls need some work, specially on ramps.

The biggest problem is the level desing , a lot of blind and  too precise jumps.

And there is no sound, that is also an important part.

I have desisted in the second level.

Tutorial is nice, but there is too much text overall.
