cool idea, but it took me a while to figure out what i was looking at. At first i thought the upper platforms were actually farther back in space in relation to the bottom ones, instead of above them.

I couldn't past level 2 -_-

I love the visuals, and I thought it was super polished, good feelings and all. And then the world started turning and I couldn't play anymore... :(

I quite liked the style of it and the game play was enjoyable. Think it could be improved by not having the spinning camera constantly that inverted your controls, and by limiting the ammount of jumps you can do, just found myself spamming jump to fly around :P

Just adding a shadow would make a huge difference, but wow this is crazy innovative, and I’m impressed you were able to make this so quickly, incredible! Also fun and challenging, great game

Developer

Thanks so much fo the comments! Yea I agree with the shadow. Since I play tested as I went I Got good at it and can see how others can be thrown off.

I was excited to play at first, but when the stage started rotating I began to feel sick. It was certainly distracting, but I had to stop playing after just a little bit. That said, the game certainly looks great, especially knowing the limited assets you had to use.

It certainly does its job of distracting you from making it to your goal! But it's a fun challenge and it's very nicely presented

I would have loved to not have to use the mouse to fire if i'm using arrow keys and space.

Developer

Thanks for playing my game and for commenting. I understand the frustration for the mouse and I just use the W&D keys. In hindsight I should had said that in the instructions.

Graphically you have done an amazing job at making your game. The concept is really cool to look at. But i can't say i enjoyed playing it that much. I found the constant spinning to be disorientating and I had pretty much no depth of perception. If anything I think that if the character had a shadow to indicate where it was going to land it would have been much better.

Still without a doubt a really cool concept  and i hope you experiment more with what you have made.

Developer

Thanks for playing my game and for your honesty. I think the game can be changed in many ways. I may revisit it in the future. This was my second game jam and had a lot of fun.

Cool game, the perspective gets really challenging after a few levels! I like the 3Dish use of the assets.

Developer

Thank you for play my game and for your comments. When I get a chance I will look at yours.

Nice game!

I don't know if the game is extremely polished, or not at all. Like, it has a lot of really polished and nice things, but others seem rushed. It is fun, but a bit tedious at times, the spinning camera is a nice touch, but also very annoying when it's in-between and you can't see anything and just have to wait. On the first level it took me a second to realize the enemy was above me and not in front of me.

But other than that, its pretty good!

Developer

thanks for the comments, I lost time after upgrading to 2020 and had to go back to 2019 and rebuild a lot. 2020 would not even work with WebGL. That being said it was a fun challenge and I would have loved to worked out a lot of issues.
