Curious game! I included it in my LowRezJam compilation, if you’d like to take a look :)

Well, this game is the real winner. Amazing work and for sure the best one in the top10.

Developer(+1)

Thanks, mago! I guess it sort of depends what type of games people like and enjoy playing. It's obviously lacking in gameplay time and replayability compared to some of the other top games. I'm extremely satisfied with the 10th place myself and it's great to see that people enjoyed this little adventure, keeps me motivated to create more point-and-clicks in the future.

Great work, I wasn't expect such an adventure to get some beers ! I really enjoyed it ! 👍

Developer(+1)

Thanks! Getting beer is always an adventure, the fridge is always too far or too empty :)

Awesome entry! I agree that clicking repeatedly to walk was slightly tiresome, but that's a minor complaint about a basically perfect jam game (plus you let us adjust the walk speed, so whatever). Great graphics, sound, everything. I loved it.

Developer

Thanks, it's nice to see people enjoying the the game, makes it feel worthwhile.

It's great to see lots of game genres here on this jam! This one's short, but really cool, and nice touch of humor too! Totally proves that you can make a nice and fun point'n click game in 64x64! Beautiful pixelart too! :D The cat animation was really well made!

Thank you for playing! And yeah, the variety of games has been astounding in this jam.

Simple, and fun! Good job! I wish it was longer

Developer

Thanks! I wish I had time to make it longer, I had some plans for additional rooms and puzzles.

Great little point-n-click. Worked really well in 64 pixels as well.

Thanks, actually there was a surprising amount of screen space to fill, even at this resolution. I expected it to be way more limiting.

Lovely game!

Thanks for playing.

Wow, awesome job with this!  The graphics were great,  and I thoroughly enjoyed the wacky story. Also, cats. Cats are always great in games.

Developer

Glad you liked it and yes, them cats... mysterious they are.

Neat game. I was imagining a series of puzzles to reach the beer, but I like how it didn't go where I was expecting. The graphics look great -  there's a lot of detail given the resolution. The music is nice too.  If there's anything to complain about, it's that I wish you could hold down the button to walk so you don't have to keep clicking.

Developer (1 edit)

Holding down the button is a great suggestion, thanks. I'll try and add it after the voting. Alternatively you can use arrow keys for movement, but these are probably a bit fiddly in some areas.
