The art brought me here! After seeing that you made the assets opensource I took a look at your art portfolio too! Love your cozy style, and your eye for color schemes.
There are a lot of similarities between our teams' games, but there are some really useful features that we can learn from yours. Having the off-screen direction pointing towards the forge was a nice touch. Warnings for powerful mobs off screen too! You also managed to implement the wave-end upgrades that we had planned, but left out! The game also ran very smoothly for me even on mobile browser! Well done!!

Wowza, love love love the 2D art~! Incredibly polished, soft, and super detailed. From an immersion perspective, y'all nailed it! Blended super well with the tunes and the sfx!
I think the only thing I could critique is mainly just gameplay, one of my favorite things with Vampire Survivors is when you narrowingly dodge hordes of enemies through small gaps. I felt like you couldn't really do that in this game due to the hitbox. Not sure if maybe having a large floating sword asset is a great idea, even though it's so pretty, because it prevents me from understanding where visibly I'll be taking damage. Maybe having something below the sword might help to show where that box--or sphere--is to help the player do those rewarding moments in bullet heavens. Could be a flame from the furnace you're defending. Y'all got a fire theme going, maybe the flame becomes weaker as you take damage.
The game also became "semi-repetitive." I did like that you added the defense of the furnace element, but I almost wished there were more powerups versus the three I saw: 1) the movement speed increase, 2) the axe, 3) and the kunai. Wasn't sure if the game had more, like an increase to attack speed or power for the sword, but I feel like those small adjustments might've helped to engage me more.
Regardless, I feel like if the critique is asking "for more," that's probably a good thing cause it means y'all made a fun game. Good stuff and solid submission~!

I love the art style in this! The gameplay was a bit tough. I would die almost immediately when facing off more than a few enemies, I feel like you die a bit too fast. I-Frames would have been nice to prevent death so quickly. Overall it’s a fun game if you can survive to try the powerups! Nice work.

The artwork is super coherent which is really cool. Hitboxes could use some work, maybe some invincible frames and higher pickup range for experience? I really like vampire survivors so you get extra points from me, good job

Thanks for the gorgeous game. The art is astonishing. The music is perfect as well. But the number of enemies… is a little too much for my taste. I could barely survive a few seconds when a wave came.

Gorgeous style, and a nice concept of being just a floating sword defending its forge. I found it very hard in the beginning, and took me a couple of times to even get past 30 seconds without being overwhelmed by enemies, so with just a tad bit of balancing this could be a SUPER enjoyable game :D Great submission!

What a fun and addictive game, the color palette is gorgeous and the gameplay is pretty simple but fun, having to pick up the orbs manually is kind of annoying and sometimes the hitboxs seems a bit random, but the upgrades and the ennemies seems pretty well balanced, good job.

Wonderful graphic, nice mechanic for a vampire survivor.
I didn't like the mobile control on pc. It's a bit conter intuitive for me. I wanted to move where I click.
I think the player could have benifited from some invincibility, I got hit several times in a row and died due to 1 wrong movement multiple times.

It always impresses me how people can create such a visually beautiful game in such a short time. Unfortunatly I wasn't really good at the game, I managed to kill 89 enemies in my best run.
