Absolutely charming.

* The art, music, theme, and UI all come together brilliantly

* A subject near-and-dear to my heart, totally apt to the theme on several levels

* Interesting puzzles

* I definitely didn't try three different times to beat the dragon.. definitely not

I do have a few critiques, though:

* The indicators for some of the enemy abilities could be clearer. I still don't understand what the dragon's fire attack is going to hit. A hover-effect (like hearthstone, into-the-breach) would be fantastic just to see exactly whats going to happen

* Knowing exactly who the healer was going to heal would have been very appreciated. I'm not exactly sure why, but it never seemed to go where I thought it would. Another indicator (like above) would be great

Top marks. This is solid work, excellent submission.

Thank you so much for playing! Those are some fantastic ideas, thank you so much for taking the time to write them down. I'm so glad you enjoyed our game <3

This game is absolutely insane. Art is beautiful, gameplay is unique and smart. I love the idea of trying to rig a game without the players figuring it out. Nice work!

That means so much to hear! We worked really hard trying to cram everything we wanted in 48 hours. Thank you so much for playing and for the incredibly kind words!

That's fun and lovely game! I really enjoy style of this game. Such a good job for 48 hours especially!

Wow- that was a lot of fun :)

The mechanic was well realised - had the thrill of just clinching a win with only one player alive - and the presentation was ace.

Loved it !

I understand better why you told me that the dms fudge their dice too sometimes ;)

ha ha :D

That's such a neat and unique idea to play as a dungeon master and not as a normal player. Also, the visuals are amazing!

This hits a bit too close to home as a DM. Great take on the theme and amazing execution! Well done

Haha no kidding! We both play a ton of d&d so the theme couldn’t have been more perfect. Thank you so much omg!!

An awesome take on the emerging "role playing game" role playing game genre

I honestly relate. Art is adorable and hilarious and the gameplay is very fun and slightly challenging

Honestly the best part of working on this was me every couple of hours telling littlepuly something like “I’m making all death sprites the family guy death pose” and them immediately agreeing with my questionable design decisions. I love how it all came together.

Thank you so much for playing!

Very nice art (I loved the druid's death pose!) and I loved how clear the gameplay was. I liked your unique take on the theme, really leaned into it.

Developer(+1)

Ty! You will probably love the dragons death pose too (it got covered by the win panel in the game):
