This game was much larger than I was expecting to see, and I love the use of the beanstalk as the central theme. Good job!

This was cool and creative. I like the concept of managing the bean stalk.
Good presentation and mood. It's satisfying seeing the vine grow and how far you climbed. I liked the visuals, and changing leaf colors was a nice way of showing which sections had different mechanics. Got softlocked after a while when I killed a crow when it started carrying me away.
Agh, no controller support for a platformer! Unfortunate...
Anyway, making a sort of roguelike platformer with the theme was pretty cool, especially in 3D! The controls and procgen were definitely a little rough, but they got the idea across nicely!
I'm also of the opinion that the upgrades were kind of lackluster, anything where I'm choosing percents of a percent of differences just kinda taps me out, but I understand why there were there. I would've loved to see ones that forced you to change your game plan more. Overall though, good game!
Really cool concept, with the expanding platformer level. Kinda wish there was something to tell how tall the beanstalk was or some kinda target height, as I ended up quitting a bit after the game started to lag. But was very enjoyable to mess around with for sure!
I really liked just about everything about this game! If I had to critique something it'd be that the movement felt a bit too quick when I first jumped in, however I got up to speed quickly and that's just me being nitpicky. I did encounter a pretty severe bug when the crow kidnapped me and I hit it with a seed, it left me perpetually stuck in mid-air. Besides that though it was a really fun time!
The style was excellent and I could see a lot of work went into this! I found it really hard to control the camera which made it difficult to play. Nonetheless, I think the gameplay has a lot of promise and was overall really enjoyable.
This game is such a trip. Love how much control you have to plant stuff around. Really satisfying to have such a tiny stalk at first and after a while you are hopping around a giant creation. Highly recommend playing the downloadable version as the performance in the browser tanks after the stalk starts to get big. (Thanks for including that!). I also like how much more controllable the gnome gets. I felt much more able to get around after getting a few upgrades. Really satisfying progression on a lot of the systems in here.
Cool game , lots of style and creativity , alot of game in here with a lot of cool elements, I think a bit of flavor text to add why you are climbing or making this beanstalk would be cool, as I am not sure what the goal is , and more challenge, the upgrades make you a bit too strong
I like this, it kind of reminds me of only up. I had fun playing it, but I felt like the controls wern't very intuitive and it not clear on where to go, but I really liked the style and the audio
This is a fun one. i think it's pretty well made.
Creativity:
I really like this interpretation of the theme, (and not because its similar to mine :)). Having a gnome grow a beanstalk is a unique and fun take. I really liked the design of the game, but i didn't seem to get a single seed after the start? Also i know it's mentioned but performance issues on webgl after about 4 minutes. I really liked the amount of content in this game though!
Art:
The models are great and the game for a 4 day jam looks amazing (even 3d!!!) I really like the UI, it's clean and smooth and reads nice, props to that! I didn't really like the way the beanstalk
Sound design:
Really nice main theme, i reallly liked it and it fits the game. The game has full sound effects and they also fit the game, I really liked the sound design!

Overall amazing entry for a gamejam submission. Great Job!
What a weird little game. Despite it's jank you can see someone put a lot of effort into it.
Though when the health reaches the end nothing happens, a bit anti-climactic.
I really enjoyed the roguelike gameplay of it! Only wish there were a few more upgrades as they felt a little stale after a little bit of play.
The idea is really great! I love to play this little gnome in these kinds of environment! However, I think the maniability is kinda rash, I found myself falling in the water multiple times after doing a single jump. I do not like the level up mechanic, I don't think it fits a platformer game like this one.
Wowow! The generation was neat, exciting to wait for. And all the upgrade paths and seed options made for a lot of depth! The input or character controller felt a little janky from time to time - I feel like I expect a game like this to feel a lot more nimble and lighter? But that's only a tiny issue. Well done!
This was fun to play! The procedural generation of the beanstalk is really cool. There's also a lot of depth to the sandbox of this game--y'all got so much done! Really like the different ways this touches on the theme--you're small in scale, the beanstalk scales up, your abilities scale in power, the birds are relatively large compared to you, etc.! The visuals and music fit very well too.
Here's some feedback if y'all continue to work on this game:
- I couldn't find any corrupted leaves, but eventually I had a pop-up about it, so that was the indicator that I had it. I was hoping there might be some way to get guided toward them or something.
- It didn't really feel like I had a goal, but it was pretty fun to jump around, grab things, throw seeds at birds, glide, and so on. The health didn't really seem to go down much so it felt fun just to go around and do things.
- Performance eventually got noticeably worse, I guess because there were eventually so many objects. If you do continue work on this, it might be good to do some limit testing with lots of specific kinds of objects and figure out what scales well performance-wise and what doesn't (e.g., maybe just spawn a 1000 droplets and see if that tanks performance).
Overall great job! It's amazing how much y'all got done for the jam! :)
I feel pretty innecesary the Upgrade and lvl up mechanics, but gathering items and platformin is pretty neat, the character have responsive physics and it feels good to control it, also the visuals are quite impressive and the procedural generated vine seems awesome and unique
