How does your game fit the theme?
Literally Building a tower that not only increases in scale, but you also have to scale it :D.

Thanks for submitting this to the stream! The art is good and the idea is really cool. I like how chaotic the tower gets as you climb higher and higher. Even though I didn't get all the way to the top. The lootboxes were also a really funny way to get materials.
Good job!
I really liked building my own platformer! well done! Also really glad there's an unstuck button lol.
The only thing I'd really like is some sort of description per block when I hover over it or something.
I'm not really good at writing long walls of feedback, sorry.
yay finally gaming, here are my notes
- great main menu, love the music
- sound design overall is excellent
- I would have liked to be able to look up/down using the scrollwheel instead of W/S. Although I got used to this quickly.
- Having a way to cancel placing blocks would be nice. Probably with RMB or with ESC (even tho that messes up fullscreen)
- Please add coyote-time and jump buffer. This is still technically a platformer and the movement really needs it.
- I'm glad that floating blocks exist, without them it would take FOREVER to build high.
- I really liked the progression of item unlocks, makes the grind to the top really enjoyable.
- Screen transitions could be made smoother with some delays and stuff.
I played for about 40 minutes. Stopped playing after reaching the music change, mostly because I have other stuff to do :D
All in all a really nice game. I could see myself playing this multiple times if there were multiple levels.
An amazing game about building a structure to the space.
I really liked alternating between the building phase and then cursing myself in the platform phase.
Super thumbs up for this submission, even if I would have loved a save system to not lose my progress and continue the game in the future during my work breaks!
Very cool! Very well made. I posted some feedback already in the stream but the only major criticism is player's tendency to optimise the fun out of games. But adding my own restraints made it very fun!
First of all, I wanna say you've been leaving some great detailed comments on people's games!
I also played your game, and it was very engaging - I definitely spent plenty of time on it. Maybe I'll return to it, even if parts of it were tedious... re-climbing the tower over and over got annoying, but there was a satisfying element to it too. It was like a whole journey, through a world I've built out of junk all by myself! It's just like when I repeatedly re-play my own game levels :P
Well polished, very impressed that you managed to to this in 4 days. Good mechanic but a bit hard to figure out what everything does. After a bit of playing and some resets you figure it out though.
Well done you guys should really be proud!
Really creative idea and gameplay ! i really love it :)
I was a bit confused at first but once I understood how it works, I had a great time! I don't know how I managed to balance some of the builds I made haha
Only thing if anything is I wished you could reset the platforming part without having to go back to building first. Good game :)
Okay i will definitely come back and play this, because i feel like this game requires a lot more time than what i have right now. Feels awesome, i spent too much time trying to break the godot physics engine. Cool concept, fits the theme really well, and suprisingly I didn't encounter any bugs. How did you do that? xd
This was so much fun! I spent way too long on it :D I reached the heights in 54:09 minutes with 14 rests. Good job! This is amazing! Amazing game! Good job!
Pretty creative game I feel a bit of tweaking could make it really fun, as I felt when I used all my objects then it became slow and grindy just getting pity boxes but not sure if this is just a skill issue
This game is really amazing. It's incredibly unique, fits the theme super well, and it offers a lot of strategy and expression on the part of the player. I only really have two issues- I think it's a bit slow paced (opening the boxes takes a little too long) and it's pretty punishing when the tower falls, which is a tough combo. I think the limitation of destroying only one item a round is a little too punishing, as it's really easy to have your tower tip over a bit and absolutely ruin a ton of blocks, and then the only way to continue is to slowly and repeatedly rest so you can get enough hammers to clear out everything that fell and is awkwardly positioned at an angle. It can be really tedious, and I feel like just letting the player use as many hammers as they want in a round is probably a way better solution- deleting level parts alone already is punishing enough as a mechanic for failure, I don' see why it's limited to one per round at the moment.
But seriously, I only complain because this game is such an awesome concept that is really so well executed that I care about it getting even better lol. It's incredibly unique and probably the best take on the theme I've seen. Seriously, great work.
The idea itself is great, including gacha mechanics is a fun addition. Also, the fact that key mapping is included in the menu is fantastic—I don't see many games doing that, and it can make a huge difference. For the annoying stuff, destroying just one object per round feels a bit unnecessary. I think you should be able to destroy blocks you placed during the current building phase, as things can easily end up in a bad spot.
I needed way more pity boxes than I am willing to attempt. I loved the building mechanic. I wished it was snap to grid, but the psychics made it an interesting challenge. Whenever I fell, I only had me, myself, and I for building the platforming.
