I am working on this!

Really awesome idea! My one main problem is that it was really hard to control when there were multiple notes in a line or when notes were falling in quick succession. Some control tweaks would make this really cool!

Pretty cool concept for a game! Coding this without any starting code is quite impressive. I would recommend increasing the flag speed, as the fun of this game is trying to predict where the ball will end up and not moving there. I also would shorten the radius where you are too close to the ball, because sometimes its impossible to have the ball hit the flag because of that radius. I also think a visual indicator of that radius would be good. Great job this jam!

The concept of this game is pretty funny! My one critique is that the concept really isn't reflected in the gameplay. If they are trying to save me, why do I lose HP? I feel like there are some really creative places you can go gameplay wise with this concept that I would love to see. Overall, great work!

Simple but fun! I would recommend making the bounce a little more random so that you are encouraged to not just bounce between to corners which right now is the optimal strategy, or maybe try something else to encourage bouncing between different corners like trying to get a certain amount of points in each corner. Maybe both! The controls and difficulty felt good, but I would like a little more of a grace window for bouncing. Great work, super creative and I had a ton of fun!

The concept of being the hunted is really interesting! I think the deer being slow is actually good for what you are trying to go for. I also originally disliked the mouse movement but grew to like it, but maybe experiment with other movement styles. My one main problem is that it was hard to tell at first if something would block the laser or not, so maybe make that more visually clear. It was also hard to tell what direction the laser was coming from at first. Otherwise, great job!

Really interesting game! Its kinda like a reverse plants vs zombies and I really liked that idea. The things I would suggest you change are the recharge rate, because it is far too slow, and it was difficult to place enemies on some spots in the placement menu. I would recommend a UI indicator so I know where the spots are. Other then that, great job!

This was a really interesting game! I liked the concept of pushing the ball like that, it reminds me of those maze things you find in the dentist's office. I've wanted a game like this for a while actually. My one problem is the camera controls need tidying up, they are really hard as is. Otherwise great job!

This was a really interesting concept! I think some more movement playtesting could really help a lot, the slide didn't feel great because I always got stuck under platforms (but maybe I'm just bad). The jump was also really hard to control, decreasing the fall time would help a lot. Other then that, I really like the idea. This could totally be made into a super good game with some minor tweaks!

Very cute. Slay

Really cool game! The art was very well done. I also liked the decision timer, that added a lot of pressure. One thing I would change is having less card options, because most of the time I could pick every card I wanted when I had the option to pick. Less cards to pick from would create more hard choices which could be fun. Great game overall!

Really cool concept! Killing UFOS was really satisfying, that was well done.
I think a tutorial, even in the game page, would add a lot. I destroyed every UFO in the first level and collected every gem, yet nothing happened afterwards and I don't know if that was the end of the game or if I am doing something wrong. The art was very fitting, and your concept is great. I think with a little tweaking of the player movement to be easier to control and some more content this would be a really great entry. I think this concept could also work really well as a game where you kill waves of UFOs as a cow, as most of the gameplay is the combat and that is definitely the most satisfying part. Great job on the game, I had fun!

This was super fun! Very well polished and well executed. I have almost no criticism.

I actually had so much fun with this, me and my friends played this for hours until 1am. Its like those subway surfers videos they put under tiktoks and i mean that as a compliment

The face of the patient terrified me. That will forever be imprinted upon my soul and my nightmares.

One of my favorite games this jam i actually had so much fun. I wish they made squishy sounds when you hit them.

Excellent.

This was really fun! The picking up of items was really well made and cleaning was super satisfying. Great job!

Sorry you couldn't get the patch out in time, I hope you had fun making the game nonetheless! I liked how you designed it so you had to decide between hiding and running.

Loved the name, the hand drawn artstyle was also really cool. Bird murder!

Really cool concept! I liked the addition of all the different climbers, that's really creative. I don't know if I'm misunderstanding the game, but a lot of the abilities seemed to be locked off and not possible to use, even after playing for a while. I also felt like some of the abilities were very underpowered, and wouldn't really help me get the climbers off even with a lot of cost, and the most effective thing was just to hit the shake mountain button. This wasn't very fun but felt like the only way to get them off, and I think you intended for the game to be played by using many abilities. I think with some balance tweaks this would be super fun. Great job!

The art is cool and there is some really good theming, but the gameplay gets repetitive really fast. Some more features would be really cool!

Really cool take on the theme! My main concern is that it was really slow to control, and the idle frame made it a lot slower. I think using keyboard buttons to control the animation would have a similar feel of controlling the animations of the player while being a lot faster. Anyway, good job!

Thanks for all the feedback! I designed the sets mechanic because as you said it still technically requires getting more cards and was more fun in playtesting then just getting more cards. I was a little disappointed that the theme was lost with this decision but it was definitely more fun.

Thanks! The AI is really simple, it iterates through every card in its hand until it finds a valid placement and then picks that card. If there is no valid placements, it picks a random card. I hope that answers your question.

Really solid entry! Great job!

Really good! Super well designed art and sound and amazing design. Great job!

Really cute graphics! I loved the characters, but some more gameplay depth would be cool!

I loved the art, that was really creative! The concept is really cool too, I like the idea of keeping score a lot. It was really hard for me though, it always seemed like I had to be frame perfect to be able to not get a game over. I actually thought the timer was a nice addition, it added a lot of tension, but having to be perfect was annoying. Overall, good job!

The art was really cute and the concept is very creative! Good job!

Super creative and a cool take on the theme. I had a lot of fun!

couldn't resist looking into that very normal man's eyes... i want a dating sim now

You gotta make sets! I recommend playing the tutorial if you did not.

I couldn't finish it because it was a little too hard, but one of my favorite implementations of "control the level" this jam. Good job!

I haven't seen many player swap games, so this was really cool. The art is also really impressive, especially for the time constraints. I would've liked some more gameplay depth, but seeing all the art was really fun. Great work!

The art and music are really good, I love the vibe you created!

It does not work with numbers, sorry you got confused!

The platforming was a little finicky, but the art and story were really cool!

Really good art!!! I would've liked a little more depth to the gameplay but solid submission!
