For anyone playing, if you're stuck at the 3 brothers (red, green and blue) level, it's because of a typo I made in the instructions.
The goal of this level is written as "Make Blue the tallest and GREEN the smallest" but it should be "Make Blue the tallest and RED the smallest".
I will fix this issue as soon as Mark publishes his video to be sure he plays the original jam build.
Congrats on the results! I loved this game, it's absolutely more than deserved :)
Thank you so much! Loved your game too, congrats!
Wow off the charts. Love the take you guys took on the jam. This is a full on game I <3 it.
Thank you, I'm glad you loved it, I had fun making it too!
That makes it even better imo then!
Really phenomenal. Such talent!
Thank you!
So clever, struck the right balance of difficulty and novel puzzles. Really loved when they started getting more meta with whole rooms being pocketed, would have loved to see that taken further. Amazing visuals too!
(I will say, on the puzzle about resizing red, green and blue, the text says to make green the smallest when red wants to be smallest, which threw me off)
Thanks. I agree that some ideas could be pushed further, it could make for some cool puzzles.
And I'm sorry about this issue about red, green and blue. Indeed I wrote "Make Green the smallest" instead of "Make Red the smallest". It will be fixed after the jam ends.
fits the theme great, incredibly unique and original concept, and the music and sound design even if not made by them is just so so perfect for this game, the dialouge was very whitty and charming, and the puzzles actually made me have to think a little! the spder picture one was espically cool.
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed the dialogues and the puzzles.
Cool looking game with very creative concept and solid gameplay. First puzzles are maybe a little to simple but overall game is really really good. Congrats!
Thanks! I agree, I might have gone a tad too simple for the puzzles at the start indeed. It's always tricky to find a good difficulty sweet spot for puzzles (especially in a jam). Thank you for playing!
Really fun and enjoyable game! Super charming visuals and soundtrack with an extremely creative mechanic and engaging levels!
Thanks, I'm glad you had fun!
Loved the mechanic and the style is really tight! Really nice take on the theme
Thank you for your comment! I'm glad you liked it.
I thought it was too simple at first, but the later puzzles felt just right. Really loved the style and the limited colour palette. The writing was also pretty fun and quirky! Really well done.
Thank you for your comment! The introduction might be a bit slow indeed because I try to teach the mechanics through simple levels rather than through a wall of text, but I'm glad you enjoyed the later ones.
Just wow. This is the best game I've played in this jam by a long shot. Great and fun gameplay, great design, and super polished overall. Great job fails to communicate how much you cooked here
Hahaha thank you very much for the compliments! I'm glad you liked it.
Super polished, loved the visuals, and there were some neat puzzles! Great work!
Thanks for the comment, it's always appreciated :D
I really enjoyed that last puzzle! The game was also very stylish! You should be proud.
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it. I also enjoyed making it so it's a win-win!
Yo great entry, looking forward to see it in the top 100.
It has very great and snappy music, nice sfx, amazing artstyle, cool idea with a creative twist, awesome vibes, and enjoyable atmosphere.
You ended it at the perfect time, just when I thought it was gonna be one of those way too long puzzle games I got the ending cutscene, you didn’t allow it to get stale which is cool.
Not gonna lie, if you seek bugs, you will find some, but they are extremely hard to come by accidently, and they are all minor, some visual glitches exist with big items but honestly? that just makes them look even huger so it’s a feature!
I love this game, it takes the highest rate I made yet.
Wow thank you so much for the lengthy review!
I'm glad you like the length of the game. Of course, there are always bugs, but I'm glad I managed to fix most of the ones I found (I think bug-fixing was BY FAR what took me the longest to do in this jam ahah).
Thanks again!
Very cool
Thanks!
This is such a fun concept for a puzzle game! The art direction and music also set a really nice tone. I’d love it if when you exit the pocket dimension, the items moved back into your inventory automatically. Nicely done!
Thank you for your comment!
To be fair I didn't put much thought in the pocket UI, so there could be a lot of UI improvements. I totally agree with your suggestion. Thanks!
HOLLLYYY PEAK I LOVE THE ART, THE MUSIC, AND THE IDEA ON TOP OF IT ALL IS SOOOO FREAKING GOOD.... THE PRESENTATION IS IMMACULATE, I LOVE IT!!!
Hahaha thank you, I'm glad you love it so much!
This is a fun idea. I love the world you created,, it is really funny for a second i thought i have to resize all of them again.
Thank you! If you're talking about the end, yeah at first I was planning to have a giant gag level where you had to pocket and resize everyone, but decided it wasn't worth the time because I had other priorities to finish the game.
This game MUST be at least in the top 100, it has everything, an interesting take on the theme, a great presentation, super polished and fun gameplay. Good Job.
Wow thank you so much, I'm glad you liked it that much!
The game's mechanism is interesting. I've seen a bunch of games in this jam that the core gameplay involves changing the object scale in the scene, but this game is different. It finds a good way to fit the theme and emphasize the strategic part of the player's experience. Also, the pixel art style has really impressed me a lot, nice job : )
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed the implementation of the mechanics and the art style :)
