How does your game fit the theme?
The game simulates the POV of you as a child playing with blocks, building structures and towers. So everything 'looks' bigger. You are also scaling the city by adding more blocks to your structure, but I guess that is inherent to all city-builders :) An extra (but a bit far-fetched) connection is that Bauhaus's main goal was to design for mass-scale-production.

great relatively casual puzzle game.

Graphics and art are amazing. And game is very chill.  Well done!

It took me a little bit to get past the beginning because I was really bad at maximizing my contact score; I found the game got a lot easier after the first two or three gravity checks. But once I was into it, this was such a lovely experience! I love the music choice and the calming color tones.

This was such an awesome idea and so incredibly well executed! The building tools were particularly well thought out, what with being able to change the pivot location and everything. I also loved the appearance and theming :)

It's a nice small idea with a calm atmosphere. It can be a really good mobile game, like Mini Metro. It would be great to have a bit more randomness in what elements I get, as well as more different shapes. Well done!

Really nice game which pushes you to be creative! Great work!

Amazing inspirations! I love the vibe of this entry! Well played!

I love original games with unique beautiful atmosphere like this! Great concept and hope you continue to work on this game after the jam.
If you want to improve it maybe complexify the point system (maybe add symmetry bonus, or "ground" malus when placing blocks on the ground to encourage player to build things in the air, or add random event like "Build something round" etc...)

I love your idea and style! It would be great if the block placement could be smoother, and there were some inexplicable lags during gameplay. But overall, this is a work full of artistic expression, and that’s why games are considered the ninth art!

Okay first off, great presentation on your game's page! For the game, I like that the tutorial is always visible at the top of the screen, that made it really easy to approach the game. The art and music is great. The gameplay is pretty chill and straightforward. Great work all around!

Cozy and calming. GJ!

Oddly satisfying and calming. I like the points system. Visually appealing. Great job!

Cool bauhaus game, I was expecting that building buildings of different colors was rewarded as well

Cool !! Realy nice atmoshpher and visuals !!. Congrats!!

You definitely get more out of this game the more you put in. Once I got my head into it and tried for arty towers, it was pretty enjoyable, good job!

Somewhat cozy game. Controls were a little difficult, and hard to place blocks in the spot you want, especially when the triangle block is pivoted in the corner. Once I understood the score system and how I need enough points to get to the next stage, I had fun!

Submitted

Great game! It was a fun balance of puzzle yet chaos as you try to figure out how to keep the building stable.

Lovely puzzle game, and enjoyed the historical grounding and polished consistent theme. Nice work!

I love the historical theme you used. The game also functions well and allows for creativity! The controls were a bit finicky but it comes with the territory of a free-builder game. Great job with this!

Chill vibes, and really cool idea. Game (obviously) got more interesting when more "interesting" shapes starter to show up :)
