Interesting concept and nice art! I wish that the damage values were more in favor of the player, or giving the player more health so that they can make it all the way around the loop to make use of the turret.

Your game is a hidden gem! I enjoyed your take on the classic 'snake' game. Your sound effects were funny and i enjoyed the evolution of the game mechanics and the difficulty progression. It would be nice if the snake movement was more fluid, that it didn't pause for so long when I switch directions. You did a really good job on this game!

I enjoyed playing your game! It was a fun little escape room type game, and I liked the tiny puzzles you have like with the wheel and the water. Despite not having any instruction, I felt like I knew what I needed to do/what I needed to find. Good job!

Nice art and combat mechanics! I think a tutorial somewhere would help to explain what the player should be doing or what their goal is. Also I fell off the map >.<

I wasn't able to play your game because zip file didn't have an executable in it. There's a file called project.binary but it's not able to be opened. After the jam, I think you would need to re-package your game for windows.

Cute little game. Music is relaxing and the art is pretty. I think that when you press space on a note, it would be nice if there was a little bit of visual feedback that you hit the note at the right time.

Always a fan of pixel art, y'all did a great job on the overall design. It took a bit of experimentation to figure out how to play the game and how the game mechanics worked, I think a little popup explanation before the game starts would help a lot.  The difficulty progression from train car to train car is good, but again, it took me a while to figure out the controls. The game mechanics and the way that you interact with the rhythm is creative and strategic, each room is a puzzle. The music is pleasant and the audio feedback is responsive. Your narrative is cute and the cutscene in the beginning does a lot to convey the story. I did run into some bugs when I tried to use the skip mechanic (K), and also there isn't a way to exit the game so I had to alt+f4 to close it. Overall, I really like your game, great job!

I like the look and concept of your game, the plane feels fluid and I appreciate the tooltip with all the controls listed. But I wasn't able to complete a loop because I think the Eliminator is too fast, especially for someone just starting the game and they are not familiar with the course yet. Maybe each loop you can increase its speed, which will naturally ramp up the difficulty.

Super solid game! Polished too, I didn't run into any bugs. The only thing I would add would be a tooltip somewhere explaining all the controls, so I know I'm not missing out on some ability (for example I didn't realize I could honk until much later haha). The art style is great, but it also ties in well with your game mechanics and the theme. The obstacles are very readable, and I understood that the blue ghostly car was my past loop (which was funny to watch when I did ridiculous flips). I liked how I could follow the trail of my past loop as well, that was a good choice to include! If you ever want to expand on the game, it would be cool if there was a drifting mechanic (and also if you hold down space it holds down the horn haha).

cute side scroller that fits the grind theme! Love the duck spinning lol, I will say that I was pressing 5 for a while but realized that it only works for a num-pad, then I used enter. Because 5 is very close to W and S, it felt more natural to press it. Maybe you could specific that the number controls are for num-pad only so people don't get confused.

I enjoyed the increasing difficulty as the levels progressed! I could see myself playing this game for a long time, however, I do think it would be nice if there was an ending (I know the game is supposed to be endless but it feels more satisfying if you do get to reach the top of the mountain).

This game is very hard but once I got into the grove it was fun! At first I kept dying in the first 2 seconds because I was trying to use WASD to hit the beats instead of the arrow keys, and so I kept dying then choosing another level, and I think because I was switching levels so fast the entire game bugged out with the levels and the audio overlapping. however, I restarted the game, figured out to use the arrow keys, and then had a blast playing :) the animations are cute and I like the music!

Very cute game, love that there's a hub world with high scores, feels very Mario-esque but with more puzzles. The animation for eating a long log is very funny! I think that for some of the puzzles, it would help to have a zoom-out feature, or to not be so zoomed in because it was difficult to see why I should or should not eat some of the logs (to access platforming areas).

I enjoyed playing your game! Interesting concept and I like the design of the enemies :)

What a fun adventure game! (I thought your storytelling was very funny!) I loved your Undertale inspired fight with the accountant, sadly I couldn't get past it lol

Love the little minigames for fixing/cleaning the toilet! It's a nice management sim with a unique concept. I like it!

Nice game, I always love a platformer, but I think the hitboxes on the spikes could be more forgiving >_<

Great art and fun game mechanics!

Love the art and music for your game, the animations are smooth and make the game feel more fluid. It took me a while to figure out how the mechanics worked, with how the screen looks vs what is minable.

Your intro tutorial dialogue is funny! Very nice way to engage the player to learn the game. I liked that when I got too close to the cars, it made a beeping sound that really made me feel like it was a close call. I think that the snail game took a little bit too long, as I wasn't sure if the game was going to continue or not if I kept playing it (I also never figured out what the hearts did). Love your art style, it adds a lot of character, and goes well with the music. I really enjoyed that your game had a whole narrative to it, with choices and voice overs. I'm so impressed that your game is this in-depth! I usually don't play game jams for this long, but your game had me engaged for over 20 minutes!
The ending I got (I'm assuming there's different endings?), was that I called the detectives bluff and decided to stay for the money. The following car-level got very difficult! So I crashed lol.
Overall, amazing game, super impressed, very polished!

Your game was a lot of fun! I enjoyed the puzzles, and found myself wanting more difficult complex ones as well. I especially enjoyed the levels where you had to rush to get your rock before the pushing slimes knocked it off the platform

Loved your game! Very smooth and I like how you managed the UI. You did a great job of using your art to communicate to the player on what to do

I really liked everything about your game! It's super polished & the art and music give a great space vibe. I thought the game was pretty difficult and I was playing on easy mode, but I thought that it was also very creative and a good challenge.

Okay first off, great presentation on your game's page! For the game, I like that the tutorial is always visible at the top of the screen, that made it really easy to approach the game. The art and music is great. The gameplay is pretty chill and straightforward. Great work all around!

I could totally see the maze being fun if there's were a bunch of chickens (players) running around, maybe bumping into each other. For the chicken coop minigame, I thought the death by turning into a chicken nugget was really funny! I think that the golf mini game needs a lot of camera work (following the ball after you hit it so you can see what's happening instead of waiting).

Nice polishing on the menu & settings! And the sound when you click on the buttons. It's nice to see the attention to detail. Very calming music makes your overall game feel atmospheric. It's interesting to see a crafting mechanic combined with a platformer, plus it's pretty in depth! I'd be interested in seeing more of that kind of mechanic in platformers & metroidvanias!

Haha I really enjoyed your intro! Creative take on the theme and interesting gameplay. I can tell you had fun making this game!

Nice character design!

Great execution on your game concept! Nice art, music, and the gameplay loop is smooth. The fishing mechanic of trying to time getting the bigger fish is fun too!

Playing as a giant CHONKY cat is so cute and fun! Love the art aspect! For the platforming, I only wish that the platforms that tilt up or down based on what side you're on would reset to flat after you respawn from dying.

Whoah I really like your take on the game jam theme! That was cool that the inside of the box was revealed to be another little platforming level.

VERY cool concept! I think I'm just bad at the game but I couldn't manage to jump across the spinning platforms and gain the different forms. Really cool art as well.

The voices are so cute and the dialogue is very funny/entertaining! I enjoyed playing your game!

Ah I love this game concept! Having to use my brain to think about the wordplay is fun :)

I like the art style and music! I think you've got a solid game idea here, but the controls and the swapping between the player and the hand are a bit confusing (like how when you're controlling the player, it moves both the player and the hand). I also wasn't sure how to use the hand to kill the bug that's attacking, as the "E" button didn't do anything when I was controlling the hand. Again, very pretty visuals!

Very clever interactions with the objects! This was a nice chill game, and I enjoyed the dynamic of having to manage both space and money.

I like your cartoony art style. The gameplay perspective is really cool (reminds me of binding of isaac). I wasn't able to get the bow weapon to work, so I switched to the sword which was fun to play with. The use of changing your size in order to unlock/lock different stats/abilities was a really cool way to integrate the theme into your game :)

What a cute game! Very professional art and the gameplay loop is paced well. The music gives a relaxed but under a time limit kind of feel. I LOVE the little monsters expressions :)

omg the animation for the little guy is so cute! you did a really good job with creating a build mode with a variety of options!

Whoah your music is a vibe! I would definitely listen to that while just working or something. Your game is also super creative, I love the idea and your art. The sound effects are a nice touch. Your mechanics have depth and are interesting to explore!
