The fact that the slam can be used as an escape and as a finisher is nice ! I would have like a shorter cooldown though, or maybe the ability to stack 2 of them to make an attack and then get away.

Really lovely artwork and the music suits it very well. Loved the core gameplay loop, very satisfying, and the upgrades feel good. Excellent work all round, could see this being great if expanded upon :)

I love the boss! Reminds me of Monstro from Binding of Issac, but with the powerups of Issac on themselves.
A lot of fun - love that you're only able to move when your secondary attack charges, really forces you to consider your movement a lot more. There's a nice range of upgrades available which all feel viable, giving a range of available playstyles that I enjoyed exploring :)
Loving the art, especially on the cards! The image shown on giga damage is especially great lol
I really like that this isn't just a re-skin swapping the player and monster sprites, but that you actually move and attack like a boss monster.
Wow the skill curve on this game is real. At the start I was eating dirt and then gradually I was consistently getting to 20+ Kills. I just kept wanting to play more.
Once you figure out that ground slam is more of a defensive ability, it kind of unlocks the game for you. I think what is really difficult to pull off in this style of game is making all of the options feel worthwhile and you definitely did that.
I don't really have anything negative to say other than the sometimes it felt like RNG in the combat played too much of a role in deciding the run. Other than that, great work. I really hope you keep working on this post Jam. Thank you for making this. (This was my best run)

But I think you should gain health back automatically after every round especially since you can move.
