A small but really fun game with some unique ideas to sperate it from the others in the Jam that uses a similar concept.
It's interesting that you also choose how to power up the hero. Very nice cute tiny game,
Ha! Won in 3. That hero didn't not stand a chance against my army of creatures. As always, your artwork is superb and I enjoy your assets. It inspires me to want to do games with it but I already have a big project I need to finish first :P Nicely done! :D
Hey cool game! Played it on gx. I really like the idea of these reverse survival like games. Nice way to balance with units also giving the hero benefits. I won the first time with just lots of bees, pigs, and big goblins. I did find it amusing that the Golbin Archers didn't actually shoot but just chased the player lol.
Second play it was a little more of a slog since I picked big minions and it took a while for them to come out, but the hero was able to wipe them out pretty easily anyway. Also with them not coming out as quickly made the rounds go much longer and it seemed the hero was able to heal throughout the round? Also minor, but the menu music seemed a little jarring to me. The game music was good though!!
Overall though really cool game and I could see an expanded more balanced version being even more fun to play! Great work!!
Dude cannot kill till 20. 14 and done! Awesome execution! Cool game! Great job! Check out our game too!
Really cool!
Interesting concept!
Great art, good music , good concept too but not much strategy involved unfortuntly and The combat were very slow because my hero had to wait minutes fo the enemy to spawn and.... I pressed esc to try to downgrade the volume and OMG..... I lost all my progression (I was level 12).
While the concept is neat and the art is good, there's not much strategy to the game imo
I ve enjoyed
Cool idea. Kind of wished there was something to do when the hero is attacking the monsters
Great game, I enjoyed the role reversal concept, the UI was really nice for showing how long units will take to spawn and there was some nice variety in enemies, the ability to effect the players time to attack was really cool. For improvements I think the player should only be able to heal at the end of the round, its not as satisfying to get the player lower for them to heal and your sat having to wait for the round to end, I think it would help make you feel like you're progressing more, if health being restored needs to happen for balance reasons perhaps enemies could drop potions ever so often? It would also be cool to see whats unique about each enemy with a tooltip when selecting such as spawn time and any other differences there may be so its easier to make judgements as to which card to pick. Great submission overall though
Good game, I missed to see varied animations of the enemies.
But the theme is seen within the mechanics of the game.
Cool idea! I think there could be more attacks for the different enemies, such as the mage
Really cool and nice looking game!
I love the variety of enemies and the fact that they affect two stats of the player!
Though I would give the player more interactions during the battles (especially when there are a lot of enemies), so that the player is more entertained.
Nice game!
This is a really good concept, the art is fantastic.
Your art is so beautiful and I like your idea
Cool game! As stated by other players, I feel like it would be even better with additional mechanics during waves, such as casting spells for example.
This game would definitely benefit from more player interactions during waves. Presentations is nice~
The artist did an incredible job! There's a few awkward quirks with the design and implemention, but cool game!
