I adore the theme! I almost wish you'd taken it even further, having the play area be a windows desktop with icons and windows moving about. Even without the theme, I think that mechanically the game is very novel as well.

Thanks for the comment! I wish I could've added more levels and game elements but I just didn't have the time. I would've added more levels but I really wanted to prioritize quality over quantity.

I am the task master! Short and simple with a nice theme :)

Nicely done. This is a very good frame for a great puzzle game. I love indirect controls and it's awesome to see all of the ways people in this jam are exploring that!

This got plenty of good laughs out of me, and the "BONK!" sound made it less frustrating when I messed up a puzzle. I swear Clippy just can't catch a break. Oh well, good stuff!

I laughed hard 🤣 Very nice game. Very interesting concept

A for artstyle and effort! :D

Cute presentation and overall fun concept. I think you did a great job incorporating the retro graphics. Everyone loves a good clippy throwback! My only issue with the game is that it kept telling me I failed a level after I ran out of CPUs, regardless if my last move was successful or not. But overall, I really enjoyed the concept and presentation!

Great concept!  Fun puzzles!  Nostalgic art.  Amusing  music and effects.  One of my favorite jam entries so far.

The idea is original, well done on that, it's a very neat concept with an intuitive, and different way of controlling the player to get to the goal! The UI could use a bit of work (changing the resolution doesn't change some of the elements' sizes) and the levels could be designed to be neater, but I'm absolutely sure this could be a Steam release. Great work!

Pretty unique concept in my opinion, on level 3 or 4 (I can't quite remember), the scroll bar seems to be a bit insensitive to my scroll wheel (that could be intentional though, given the theme). Other than that, it's a great game!

Really nice concept, the presentation is amazing. Love the sounds too.

Good stuff!

Amazing concept! Really like the style and the windows xp vibe. Great work:)

Very nice! The presentation is wonderful. The mouse click is a great touch. There's only so much you can explore in 48 hours, but it's clear that the mechanics you've designed here have a ton of potential! Also, I love that you can 'End Task' the player character.

Really funny idea, and it makes for interesting gameplay. Nice job!

I. Love. It. The premise is adorable and the game's look is a particularly well-executed retro Windows style.

The GUI may require adjustment as further levels are added -- I see where the entire list of actions shifting upward may make planning ahead for quick actions unnecessarily tricky. But the concept of a top-down platformer in which you don't get to control your character (except to delete them to restart) is really well-done. In future levels it would be interesting to see some of the intensely creative solutions like Baba Is You provides; the End Task button on the player, for example, could hold the key to a number of fascinating hidden techniques.

I really appreciate your comment, this is my second game jam so I'm glad the game is enjoyable. I do agree with the fact that the task list can be difficult to navigate (especially on the last level) and I originally planned to have the list sort itself but ran out of time to implement that well. Funny enough Baba Is You was one of my main inspirations for this game. If I had more time (or maybe if I update this game) my main goal would be to add more levels and game mechanics such as buttons the player can hit or perhaps portals to make more interesting levels.
