Fun game and super spot on. The chat is always out of control. Great job :)

cool game , The art and the idea was awesome  :D Keep it up o/

i like how authentic the chat is, I'd make a bad mod tho since I didn't mute half of it PepeLaugh

We had very similar ideas for the jam and i love the difference in direction you took. Well done!

Really good game! Very humurous,  I love having to watch the stream, the accuracy of stream comments. It gets very our of control fast, the idea of chargeable power ups is so good. I love the art style, and the music, though I do wish there was some more music. Really good feedback, great game juice. 5/5 dude!

Only issue, the font is hard to read for the tutorial.

I like the concept! It gets trickier and trickier, and it seems like author has some experience in being a chat moderator. My suggestion is some different music and to change the font to a more easy-to-read one, 'cause it's too thin in my opinion. As for me, I almost paid any attention to the stream itself since I was only reading chat.

Well done!

5/5 for the originality!

Funny, engaging and very unique, definitely nothing like it anywhere else :)
Yet I had troubles reading the texts (because of the font, it's size and color I guess) and sometimes I wanted to click something, but the chat moved (maybe a solution to this would be manually scrolling?)

Real fun idea :') the tutorial text was really hard to read though~ xD I have dyslexia which doesnt help~ I wasn't aware that all negative comments had to be removed at the start, I only though hate etc. but once I got that it was a really nice little calm game. It did get a little repetitive, but that may also be a strength, since it adds to the calm. I think balancing it with the difficulty spikes could make it into a very nice relaxing game :) great job ^^

Hey, thank you for your interesting feedback :) I love making games with a full pixel style but I will definitely keep in mind the font issue because a few people like you reported me this difficulty to read. I'm glad you still could play the game and enjoy it!

Submitted

This came out really well. Love that you had a tutorial for the jam. If there's one thing I wish that was different, it's that the text would have been a little easier to read. Maybe with more of a contrasting background? Difficulty spikes a bit too much, but overall. Really well done.

Developer

Hi, thanks for your feedback! The difficulty spike was what I was looking for (when there is a sudden hype when something happens in a stream, suddenly the chat is sort of out of control). I wanted the game to be hard, but if I had something to redo, it'd be to make a difficulty selection at least, and have a font option. Glad you enjoyed it though!

Nice job! The chatting mechanic was really good and I had a lot of fun playing!

My fave game of the jam so far! I couldn't beat it but I really enjoyed the concept.

Love the art and music. The game looks really fun but only some posts were only squares to me and I couldn't really play it right.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for feedback! I'll fix it once jam is over, but I hope you enjoyed it though :)

Submitted

I did! You did a great job! =)

The difficulty spikes very suddenly after about 1min, but then again, maybe I'm just not meant to be a mod :(

Really fun game though, surprisingly the first game jam game I've seen that involves streaming, and perfectly captures the theme of the jam in my opinion. Great work :)

Developer

Thanks for feedback! The game is meant to be hard, but maybe I should have made an "easy" mode option. Glad you enjoyed, thank you :)

I like the style, the humour, and the idea! It's reminiscent of "Papers, Please": take a boring and exhausting activity, turn it into a fun game.

Unfortunately, I too experienced font rendering problems and was unable to appreciate the chat in full :(

Developer

Thank you for your feedback! It hurts a bit to see the release with such a stupid bug, will befinitely fix it once jam is over. Glad you still enjoyed my game :)

Coming into this game I was really hyped. Loved the art style. Appreciated the the tutorial. Major FTL vibes in the music.

I think something was wrong for me though. Seems chrome isn't loading the font properly or something. Cause 80% of the chat were just squares. I was trying to guess what to mute based on square count lol, but then I realized it's probably a bug.

Really great idea though. Cool work :)

Developer

Oh! A shame it happened. It was my first game jam and I regularly tested if the game was working on build settings, but I did not think about that. Thank you for playing! :)

I didn't know, which comments are good and which are bad, so this was really frustrating for me :-(

Developer

I may should have reminded the player of common stream chat rules indeed, you can now find them in the game description if you want to try again. I wanted my game to be a bit hard to win, but you can also use the Bot AI power to temporarily know which comments are good or bad. With a few tries, you may remember some. Thanks for taking the time to test my game anyway :)
