The concept is good. I'm too bad to finish it with the number of life I have (I read why you add the life system). It's hard for me to be precise either on shooting and platforming at the "same time". It's probably a matter of habit. The aesthetic is classic but well polished. Music, and game feels are polished too. Great work.
Right in the beginning, I thought the graphics were really nice. There is definitely a lot of polish put into this. I thought the gameplay was pretty cool, but it was definitely challenging. The frequent checkpoints are nice but I didnt really like how their is a life system. I really had to go into gamer mode trying to beat this, but I finally did it in 97.07. Also I dont really see how it fits the theme. Other than those small complaints, I thought this was very well made, so Great Job!

The life system is actually added to hide a bug. During the development period, we noticed that if the player keeps on dying and restarting, the game can get very laggy. We couldn't find what is making it laggy. So, we decided to add a health system to cover up this bug.
The game mechanic consists of 2 dimensions, aka two sides. when you go to the other dimension, you go to "the other side".

Great Game, I'm not sure about the life system though? Maybe be more generous about giving lives if you want to keep the live system. I really liked the switching dimensions once I got used to it.

We have some small white diamonds throughout the level which you can collect to increase your life count. Maybe we should add more of that.
Wow, not many people like the dimension switching mechanic, especially when they are bound up to shooting.
Man, i wanted to play this game since I've seen it 2 days ago, finally I've give it a go!!
Well, first of all: Does the game really need a life system?? I don't really think it adds much to the experience really (I mean, it gives challenge who those that wants some, but in that case i thin it should be optional)
Then, I think it's a bit hard to shoot and platform at the same time, simply because you switch with the same button that you use to shoot, made especially risky that the fact that the ground can disappear right under your feet, it's not a good feeling. I suggest you giving a few frames when the player can jump even if it doesn't touch the ground (aka Koyote Jump, even tho it's often used for a different reason :P), Other than that it's a fun game!!
Music and artstyle are really, REALLY, good!! Good Job!!

The looks are really great. I was caught off guard tbh. Didn't know what to do until I pressed the left click to try to leave. Then I got it. lol. The mechanic is really nice. The movement feels great. The music is nice. Well made overall. Just needs a little more feedback to tell the player what to do and what's happening.
Its a really fun experience, a bit difficult for me although I am a noob but yeh a very good game
Its Really cool with a nice aesthetic, I think the one thing the game need is to explain itself more. I kept on dying because I could not see where the next platform was and I know that was probably the idea but in my opinion It just adds unfair difficulty which could make the player annoyed or angry. Love what you did with the backgrounds and overall style of the game. Can't wait to see what games you make in the future
nice graphics but i didnt even realize the triangles killed you straight away, maybe try and make that more apparent
Great game, and great idea, I wish the swaping was tied to a different button, rather than the shooting being on the same. I don't know if it was intended but sometimes the checkpoints fail and you are sent back to the beginning, which can be very annoying. I also wish there was a way to tell what would be different when you swap. good job!

About the checkpoints' failure: If you hit a checkpoint and was sent back to the beginning, it is most likely because your life is being used up. Your life count is visible at the top left of the screen. If your life is not being used up but was still sent back to the beginning, please make a reply, we will figure something out.
super good visual, light . 2 world changing is very cool concept, the checkpoint... . only problem i see , it 's you cannot always anticipate where you arrive in the other world, so i keep falling down on holes. so i feel there is less strategy. very good looking game.
