That game is JUICY!!

Such a cool game, looks nice, feels nice, and also the scoring system and the additional characters / power to unlock give a sense of progression which makes the game addictive! I had to unlock everything before I decided to leave the game lol

Really great entry!

Really awesome! I usually hate this genre so the fact that i played for thirty minutes? woah. I think it might've been nice to start with some more interesting characters as the base ones were... not. Personally I did find the cannon not being controllable aim wise a little bit tedious at first and not a great expression of the theme, but the juiciness was definitely here in abundance!

Developer

The starter characters are a bit basic because I thought of it like an actual game where you put in a little effort to unlock more and stronger powers.

And the unstoppable cannon was for the additional theme "don't stop" and a nice twist to the original but I can understand and value your feedback.

One of the juiciest games here! Like the Idea and style. The only cons, that anime girls could've been catgirls)

Developer(+1)

I am deeply sorry for the inconvience caused by the lack of cat girls. I will keep it in mind for the future.

Juicy!! EPIC AND GREAT!! Loved the work on the game. I enjoyed it a lot honestly I got all the characters like a tryhard and yeah its fun to see the pixel art getting annihilated by your cannon. Its like Brickbreaker but better and JUICY!!!!!!!!

If you put anime in anything, I'm sold, this one was great! The UI to the camera shake, amazing work man.

I see you are a dog of culture

Alright updated review since you got the .exe file and thus frame rate issues worked out!

This is unironically the best game I've played of the breakout genre. I don't know what that says about how often I play breakout games, but that's beside the point. The audiovisual components are great now that I don't have framerate issues, and I feel like it's one of those games I could play for awhile while watching youtube or something like that. It's just so relaxing!

I genuinely think you should polish this up a bit and release it commercially, assuming you have the rights to every asset you used and time/resources to make it a full-blown game. You already have a working executable and I'm sure you can ask some v-tuber somewhere to play it on stream.

Great job, great work, please keep it up going forwards =)

Wish I could have an .exe version of this since I'm getting a ton of frame issues on the WebGL version, so much so to where it's borderline unplayable. I'm sure it's a great game that you put a lot of work into based on the screenshots and other people's comments, but no other WebGL game is lagging this bad for me so I can only assume it's because it isn't well optimized on your end. Unfortunately, that sorta thing matters a lot since nobody will play the best game in the world if it doesn't run at higher than 10 fps, so I'm gonna have to rate it purely based on what I see, which means good Audio but wishiwashi on everything else, I'm really sorry about that =(

I appreciate your feedback and am currently uploading a standalone version of the game. As I mentioned before please be so nice and try it.

It runs for me between 300 and 400 FPS on my PC so I didn't optimize much and there was not enough time to add an in-game settings menu.

Fun game, looks and feels good!

I've said it before and I'll say it again: This game is excellent in every meaning of the word. I would've made the soundtrack more synth-wavy personally but who cares this is incredible either way. :D

Stunting visuals and really juicy gameplay!

A very very juicy game. I've had some frames with issues, but overall both the execution, polish and visuals are amazing. What I'm more amazed by is the fact that I think you said you started a few days late.

You nailed the juicyness! Feels great
