Super unique and really well written. The graphics are nicely done and you've built a fun world to explore. I haven't seen that fantasy console before but I'm intrigued! A great concept pulled off well. Nice job!

Love the graphics and the color palette. I enjoyed curing the patients, somewhat reminds me of the insult duelling in Monkey Island.

As a sound designer, I did not like the fact the game was so quiet. HOWEVER. I found myself really loving this game and its humor!! I don't think I've ever played a game like this. Well done!!!

What a Puntastic game!

Love the whole concept, and the small details like the brightness lowering when you're in a darker spot!

One little thing is that the camera smoothing speed could be faster.

Absolutely carried by its charm and writing, loved it. As some have pointed out, the movement and dialog input scheme is kinda weird, and while it did take some time to get used to, it didn't really hinder my experience. 

What kinda did hinder it and would be an easy fix is the camera lagging behind you like crazy. I get doing some ease in ease out, but I found myself walking in a direction and stopping to wait for the camera to catch up, which took me out of an otherwise lovely experience. One of my favourite games from this jam so far.

Cool idea and great presentation! Solid medical puns. It was a little frustrating for dialogue to be activated by walking into things as I accidentally skipped some dialogue hitting spacebar. Nonetheless really impressive game jam entry!

Brilliant, I love Dr puns, I usually visit his surgery once in a while. I knew this was going to be fun after the first phone conversation. Lovely retro graphics and the mechanic of collecting words to finish the dialogue is great.

Oh this is genius. It reminds me of the sword fights in Money Island, very fun and well written.

Thanks <3 I loved the joke sword fights in Monkey Island and they were absolutely an inspiration. This is my first bit of game writing, usually I focus on mechanics - maybe I should have started writing a lot sooner!

I liked hunting for extra words to cure the next patient in line. I laughed at the stupid "puns" I made incorrectly, like "it's just the tip of the shiny jetski".

I enjoyed the premise and concept, and the execution was hilarious!
I got a little stuck hunting for the last word (for the dog), but I'm glad I made it to the end.

The only small thing I have to bring up is the camera being slow and/or the character being a bit fast, but those are really minor tweaks.
Nice work though!

Surprisingly entertaining game with some corny puns (exactly my taste of puns). I don't have a DOCTORate in game design, but I think the mechanic of collecting words was really inventive and wanted me to explore the whole map fully. I also respect how this game was made because the creator doesn't have PATIENTS with dialogue in videogames (which we all don't) and pained himself with the task of creating so much. 

A really solid entry that struck my funny BONE pretty well.

I started out with all these grand plans for complicated conversation trees but in the end the super simple find-the-word-for-the-slot worked so well with the pun nature of the writing that it never needed to be more complicated. Glad you enjoyed it <3
