How does your game meet GBJam's theme?
A cursed dungeon where the floor reshuffles after every few moves. Traps, enemies, items, even the exit teleport unpredictably — except the Player and the relentless Guardian.
The dungeon embodies unlucky fate: survival demands adapting to chaos.

"I faced some difficulties with GB Studio during the jam, which prevented me from finishing on time, but I'll be finishing it up by the end of this month."

Interesting idea, I want to play it once you fix the issues you had with gbstudio.

I like the gritty style, I hope you continue working on the game — I’m curious to see more.

I could collect the eyeballs, but I think that's the extent of it

Hope you continue with this game, it looks like it can be really good!

The idea is promising and the art style looks great ! Good luck finishing it :)

It looks cool, and I like the simplicity, but aside from collecting the eyeballs I couldn't really figure out what I was supposed to do.

hope to see the full game!!

I see the vision even though you didn't finish.

Screenshots really intrigued me but sadly I wasn't able to get far in the game. Such is the life of those in a jam I suppose. I hope you do continue it as I love the style.

I just want to make sure that the gameplay so far is collecting the eyeballs and the key. Ive refreshed to double check.

Unlucky you didn't finish in time! The idea was solid and fun to me, I also liked the art style, and the game feel very gameboy-like.

I like the idea, and the spritework. The board itself could do with some character if you find the time. Jams are pure chaos. Finish if you want to, move on if you don’t!

I really like the art style, and the description sounds fun!

I know the feeling of running out of time as a jam goes on, great work with what you did finish!

awesome art! would have loved to have seen this fleshed out more

The art looks cool! Would love to see the idea fleshed out.  I have joined MANY jams where I had a great start but got bogged down about three quarters of the way through because I hit a programming wall that I couldn't find an answer to (heck, I spent 1 full day on THIS jam just trying to figure out how to get random battles to work in GBStudio!).  When it comes to game jams, just keep failing until you learn to succeed.

Thanks a lot for the encouragement! 🙏 Yeah, GB Studio definitely has its tricky walls, I also got stuck a few times during the jam. But I’ll be pushing through and plan to have the prototype fully finished by the end of this month. Really appreciate your support!

Judging from the screenshot the game could have great potential. Unfortunately after I found the key on the first level, nothing could happen. If you keep working on it and make it what I think it could be, then I'll definitely give it a try.

Thanks a lot for your interest and feedback! 🙏 You're right, it’s still just a rough prototype. I’ll be finishing it up by the end of this month, so the full experience will be there soon.
