This game is quite addictive. It is simple, but it makes you want to keep trying to get a better high score.

Omg thank you so much for playing sensei <3

Funny little game! The shark in the picture looks way cuter than the one in the game :D I had a bit of trouble figuring out which fish were enemies and which ones I could eat. The pufferfish got me pretty quickly too. As for the leaderboard—it might be worth using a service that doesn’t require players to sign up. I used LootLocker for mine, also for the first time, and it worked pretty well. All in all, a cool little project!

Developer

Yeh i was in a hurry so couldn't implement tht leaderboard properly... Thanks for playing <3

The shark movement felt smooth and satisfying. I liked the art style and the idea of eating fish to build up a multiplier. It got pretty hectic once the little fish started fighting back. Would be cool to have some underwater sounds or music to add more atmosphere. Overall, fun and well put together, well done

Developer

I didn't have much time to browse through some cool sound tracks to give the game the last punch but anyways thanks for playing <3

Nice simple game, loved the movement of the shark. Great job!

Great little game! I love the art style, the smooth controls, and gameplay. Good job. Was very easy at the beginning but then got hard with the little fish attacking you.

Developer

Thanks for playing <3

Eyyy, you remade Hungry Shark :) Was great fun. Even with my pro hungry shark skills I only got 4300 and had my butt whooped by those baby seals just like in the good old days.

Had an issue with the leaderboard but probably my silly over-secure settings.

Developer

The leaderboard is quite a baddie couldn't fix it properly so made it hurriedly lol will fix in future after voting ends thank you for playing <3

I like it, it’s really fun. The turning was a bit goofy looking, but other than that solid game. I ended with 29x multiplier and like 26k points.

Developer

Woah thx for playing <3

I loved swinging sharky boi around and wiping out a school of fish! haha multipliers galore! I loved the visual aesthetic :D. Feedback for improvements for me would be some ambient noise like you're under water, possibly some air bubbles. you could have some special fish that power you up.  Was fun though, congrats on the game!

Developer

Thanks for playing <3 thx for the interesting ideas too i would make sure to release a build after voting ends with many more cool fishes music etc etc :)

Nice little game :) Some music would have been nice. I can make the shark stick very far out of the water.haha. Maybe would be nice to have him able to jump out and land back in the water, or set the limit how far out he can go a little bit lower

Developer

Thanks for the ideas!! I would really work on tht to release a new build of the game after voting ends! Thanks for playing <3

Such a lovely game.
Some music would have been nice, also having some extra characters / levels to unlock and play after a certain score would have made it even better.

Developer

I didn't get much time so browse through some background music and add some more characters levels to the game... Thanks you for the idea I would try to post a build which is much more cool and playful after voting ends :) thank you for playing <3

Great work! I like how the shark swims ~
The score multiplier resets too quickly, I think — or maybe you could increase the swim speed when moving faster.

Developer

Thank for playing the game <3 I would try to make a post jam build after a month or so...

The controls are very smooth, the graphics are nice too! Some music would have been nice though

Developer

Didn't have much time left to browse a perfect background music so had to post without it... Thank you for playing <3 i would try to post a post jam build after a month or so :)

I couldn't see the joystick either- but arrow keys worked for me. Smooth swimming reminds me of feeding frenzy games.

Developer

Thanks for playing <3 i added arrow keys for pc but unfortunately I didn't test it so I'm a change some description on the game page so tht evryone knows it has keyboard commands too... Thank you for letting me know really helpful :)
