Ah ah fun game!
Some of them were too annoying and were left behind :p

I tried playing this 3 times and I got trapped by the guys I was trying to save each time :( It was fast paced and felt like a cool arcade game, so it is a really cool concept - just a bummer that I could not save more! A few notes I wanted to add to hopefully help you:

1) The music stuttered a lot when I went up and down the ladder really fast

2) Obviously me getting trapped was not fun

3) The super zoomed in camera was hard - didn't realize I could zoom out

4) The text was blurry

5) It was so fast paced that I had trouble following my guy at times

Overall, a solid game and a solid entry for the game jam!

haha Really fun and chaotic game. Enjoyed trying to keep all the scientists together but it definitely gets hectic once you have a crowd following you. Made me laugh more than once getting boxed in or seeing them vanish into walls. The movement feels intentionally wild and fits the theme. Nice music too, fits well with the vibe. Overall a good experience for a jam game. Would love to see a bit more control or ways to manage the group, but I guess thats half the point. had a lot of fun with it

The game is cool and fun to play but I got some little glitches here and there! but overall like it a lot , great job

Wow so fast! Helped after I checked the instructions to zoom out. Feel like I need to pop a Dr Pepper myself to get good enough. I think I'll have that music stuck in my head for a while :)

Ok, it was VERY hectic to a degree that I am not sure you used delta-time for your speed scaling. Is this built with godot? If so, the process function is called once per frame drawn, so it has a parameter called "delta", which you can multiply with your speed variable to get the same play-speed on computers with different framerates. If you can fix it I'll give it another try, but currently it is way too fast and sadly unplayable on my machine

Developer

Sorry its not working for you, I'm not sure why it goes a bit funky in the browser version, it is be using the delta value for speed. We are looking at performance improvements (and have some idea's on improvements to make) but at this point we have decided to scrap the current build, upgrade to the current version of the engine (we can't do browser support in this unfortunately) and focus on getting a version ready for release on Windows and Linux. There wont be any further updates for this Jam but thank you for giving it a go anyway.

I lost some off my scientists in the walls along the way, but the good times will be remembered by the survivors haha that was a fun, chaotic, good time, thanks for that!

HAHA I kept getting stuck in a nerd herd! Cool concept, fun play thru, thanks for sharing!

That was... an experience. To call it hectic would be an understatement. I didn't manage to find my way out, but I did accidentally lodge a lot of people into walls. It was great fun! Only seven people died. I'd like to offer useful feedback but I feel like this game is purposefully chaotic and to change anything would be to lose that magic.

Ended up getting boxed in by all the people following me, made me laugh though, great music and really fitting with the theme of the game!

Quite a fun little game. Love the idea of having multiple characters and playing together in order to reach the goal.

Thank you for playing the game!

Bonkers! A great fun game  - well  done

Developer

Thank you for playing :D

I’m sorry I didn’t use the Atom thingy to go up, once I realized you could hug the walls and spam-jump, chaos began.

Developer(+1)

Lol yeah, the atoms are mostly for chaos :D you can hug the ceiling too, as all staff are required to use the experimental hair gel that has properties that make it attractive to most objects.

Quirky and fun.  Interesting "half-life" scientific accident theme. Movement is fast at times, was that the caffeine?

On first run through as I got trapped in a corner by the scientists following me and wasn't sure how to get out.  Also scientists following me vanished when I went down ladders.  Did they fall, didn't know what happened?

Great start to what is really promising game idea.

Developer

Thank you for playing and thanks for the feedback, the movement is faster than intended at times so needs some work, you can switch players to get unstuck but it can get a bit tricky as the scientists like to pile on. We plan to carry on development after the game jam. :)

There is a wackiness to the caffeinated pace of the game that I really like.
Fun game.

Thank you for playing and thanks for the feedback :D

Really fun game! The music and the art are very cool! Though being stuck under all the scientists is breaking the flow when you collect a lot of them

Developer

Thank you for playing the game and thank you for the feedback. This is our first 2d game and enjoyed making the assets,  we are going to develop this more after the jam, but I think I'll be making more 2d games in the future.
