I liked the UI a lot! I found some problem with controls (especially rotating i found it maybe a bit slow, but it maybe just me that i haven't playied many similar games). Also the sounds are on point and the story at the start is nice!

Really fun game, the music is an absolute banger. It has a similar neon aesthetic to my project! hahh
The upgrades styled like in Vampire Survivors are really cool
At first I didnt understand the dimension switching and why I died out of nowhere but yeah I guess the boss spawned lol, I fought him the next time
Really cool game, brought me back to like asteroid but with a lot better graphics and the powerups were fun. I was able to break the game though :D I collected maybe too much XP before going to the first boss level and got too many levels or something and some things just turned invisible, meaning I couldn't see my health, I was still able to play and see myself, but the powerups that were coming up as well were just empty, they were still activating them since I took some and got new powers but wasn't able to see what I was taking :)
I loved the idea though and for sure something to further develop to a real product! :)
Wow, very cool game! I liked the upgrade system, and you also came up with a very cool idea with the bosses that you move to another reality to fight them. Great job!
Love how the game looks. The upgrade system is nice to have. The turning is very sluggish, it isn't too fast at least, that would be much worse. Music seems to stop after playing for a while. There is a lot of effort put into this game. Great game.
super slick vibes! Love the synth wave aesthetic! only two things I would mention,
1) it's not obvious how many xp before a level up, so I got caught by surprise a few times
2) initial handling and acceleration (before upgrades) is quite sluggish!
Otherwise, great fun! well done!
Thank you for playing our game and your feedback.:)
To the left of the health bar there is a panel showing your current level. If you collect xp, the panel fills up as an indicator for a level up. It might be a little hard to see.
Unfortunately, we didn't have time for that in the end.
An "after jam" version is planned, where we will certainly revise the movment system. This was really cool it reminded me of a game I was working on last year. I think youve got a really cool thing here that you could turn into a full game.
hell yeah! this is fun! you did exceptionally well on this one! thanks! kept me going :-)
simple game, I love the art for this and the effects are good. For me, it feels hard to control the plane. Overall pretty good, nice job finishing the game!
Great game, a very fun to play bullet hell shooter. Cool visuals and music. Keep up the good work!
Visuals look great and the upgrade system is a lot of fun.
The firing sound does get a bit repetitive and the enemies disabling on switching dimensions was not clear to me a first.
But there is a lot to love and a lot of levels to play.
Great job overall and congrats on your submission!
Nicely done! I like the choice the player is given as to how quickly they want to up the difficulty (stay behind and farm XP to level up, or move quicker). I see there's a timer that is counting down - I assume this is the amount of time you have to finish the game? A original and cool way of making the progression work. I also quite liked the various upgrades, good work.
As others have said though, the movement system is...janky :D Having to basically fly away, then slowly turn around (yes I know it can be upgraded), then shoot for a bit while slooowly backing away, and then run away if too many enemies get in your face isss....eh. It felt very clumsy!
I didn't get that far, about 3 bosses in or so, but the bosses were by far the easiest. All you had to do was park with the boss just inside your turret range, and then just sit there. Their random attacks had a very small % chance of hitting you, so you really didn't need to do anything else. I would suggest maybe adding some kind of slow seeking attacks to them to force the player to move around (although with the current moving system that would probably mainly be frustrating).
Still, very polished, very nice, good sounds, good music, good progression - great job, all in all!
The game is really well made, challenging with a nice gameplay loop that manage to not feel too much repetitive. I need confirmation from the devs but I feel like the movement system was wanted like that since it is more challenging than just turning the ship with the mouse
Cool game, I can see the quality/polish. Though to be frank I don't like the rotation movement system as much as if you could just move in relation to the cardinal directions. Love the graphics and menu work. Nice job!
