Great use of the theme. Love how there are some doors that can only be seen in another reality. Love how the ability room was done. The ability are not far from the rooms that needed to use them. But the layout is not so linear that you have to collect them before getting to the rooms. And the game also has multiple ending.
If you die to an enemy that walked on the door you spawn in, you'll keep dying again and again for a few amounts of time. The walking sound keep playing in mid-air. And in the last scene of the bad ending, the character keeps sliding toward the right after dying and make the dialogue unreadable.
Overall, good game.
I love how the game looks and sounds. The ambiance noise helps build the feeling of uneasiness. And I like that there are also sound effects related to the NPC in the bus that play randomly.
The story is nice. The dialogues are enjoyable to read through. I like all the endings. The hidden ending was unexpected.
The interactable point doesn't make sense sometime, like the lighter that I have to look at the seat to pick up, whatever it is on the ground around the bus stop.
When I picked up the rose and got off the bus, I kinda got stuck, can't really interact with anything.
Overall, great game.
The control takes a lot of time to get used to. It is really easy to get your car to drift. A tutorial would be nice to have.
I like how the game looks. The UI could use some work as it doesn't seem to scale properly. I like that the car leaves tire tracks every time it drifted.
The in-game BGM seems to cut off after a while. I like the engine sound and the drifting sound, makes drifting through the tracks more enjoyable.
Overall, good game.
The mechanic is simple but fun. It feels really good to steer the car. I would rate the game even higher if the game in the phone has some effects to the main gameplay.
The game looks nice. Why and how am I driving from the backseat?
Nice decision to have the engine sound playing. It adds a bit of immersion into the game.
Overall, good game.
I love how the game looks. The main menu buttons are too close to the title. Love how the house looks in perception mode. The background music is fitting for the game. Wish there was more sound effect.
Love how you did different NPC dialogues depending on whether you're in reality or in perception mode. Love how there are some tasks that are relatively normal and expected in a family gathering and there are some that are just funny. Each deaths have different funny descriptions.
Have no idea that you could go to the next room by walking through the right in the first few playthroughs.
Have no idea what to do to beat the burnout.
Overall, great game.
I love how the beginning room looks. The transition from 3D-2D and vice versa looks great. The story is nice and keep me playing through the game. The music fit the game. Wish there was some sound effects. The game run slowly in the web, I wish there were a windows version for download.
The game dialog seems to bug and play again sometime. I got stuck in the final puzzle once, it seems the ghost suddenly lost the ability it has.
Overall, good game.
The game seems to be well made. I love how the game looks and sounds. I love how you can see the other player muzzle flash.
I could see myself having even more fun with the game if I had friend I can play with (or a controller, at least).
I can still hear the shooting sound when I press the shoot button after the game is over.
Overall, great game.
I got to admit. I'm not familiar with Conway's Game of Life at all. I don't know what this is.
It's very hard to write a comment for this one. The game is good. My experience with the game wasn't pleasant. Probably have the wrong mindset for it.
I enjoyed looking at it. I enjoyed listening to the sounds. I can't enjoy doing both at once.
I can't really associate the sound with the picture. I keep trying to answer the question of "why exactly is that sound playing?" and ended up more and more frustrated each time.
The UI is really easy to use, can get a bit hard to see clips menu sometime.
Good game. Not my cup of tea.
The game looks great. There are clear indications of the important objects in another dimension, really help the player in figuring out how to progress. Love that you have to lure the enemy to an advantageous position to proceed in some sections. The controls feel good. The backstory and in-game tutorial give the game some story value. Some BGM and sound effects would make the game perfect.
Great game.
The game looks nice. I'm not very good at this kind of game, so I didn't unlock everything. I got 9/16 before giving up. This is one of the weirder ones. The items, the descriptions, the combinations and the sound really enforce the weird but funny atmosphere. The wrong jingle is stuck to my ears.
Overall, great job on the game.
Thank you for playing and leaving such an in-depth review! Glad to hear that I was able to deliver to feeling of wanting to stay in daydream as much as possible. And thank you for the suggestions. I'm sorry to hear about your run, while I did set the writing phase maximum time for the teacher higher than the talking phase, I also set the minimum really low, so that can happen. I'm going to make adjustments for the minimum time in the future version.
The game looks nice. I like how the pistol looks. I'm not sure what the ammo counter is for since the reload is instantaneous and it doesn't run out. Having a lot of the one-shot ammo is really OP unless you're going to throw in a really large number of enemies at the player. The opening sequence is nice. I think the game need hit feedback on both the player and the enemy. And enemy death animation. Bullet trails would also be nice.
Good job on the game.
I thought it's going to be another flappy bird clone. Glad I was proven wrong.
Love how the game looks. The cutscene is really good. The voice overs and the story really help enhance the boss battle experience. The mechanic is really fun. The music and sound effects are good.
Allowing those who faced the boss to face him again without having to go past 16 pipes again is a really good decision.
Maybe make a medal in game over screen for the player who beat the game? That would really add to the sense of accomplishment.
I'm sure some people are going to miss the credit. People usually don't press play again after beating a game.
Overall, great game.
The steering direction swap mechanic is cool and make the game challenging. The game can be cheesed by holding W, since the car slide against the wall when collided, it corrects it direction every time it collides against a wall. Cool end screen animation. The game looks nice. Some sound effect when changing color would be great.
Good game.
I like how the game looks. The music fits the game. Wish there was sound effect. The dark world's final building's third resource requirement is outside of the message box. When you hover over shop item for the first time, the line on top and bottom of the description cover the description. The placement mechanic keeps the game idle but refreshing. The description and narration message are full of personality.
Great game.
