very nice game, bro
COOL GAME, really enjoyed the upgrading system and was hella fun, good job! I heard the music but it had a physical placement, meaning the further away I got, the quieter it was, but other than that it was a very solid game :)
I think I won! Cells stopped spawning after I reached 20k. I think the gameplay is good, but slightly easy. Adding some more balance would help. Some music and sfx, ui-improvements, and some juice can help elevate the game a lot. The art syle is clean and coherent. It’s easy to tell friend from foe. The core is in place, and I think it works well. The upgrades are nice, and easily accessible. I appreciate we can pick up dead cells by shooting them. Well done
Hi, thanks for the feedback, about the end there is actually a secret ending but you need to reach somethink like 23000 score i think witch is possible but you cant run that mutch from enemies otherwise they will despawn. I wanted to make proper music and add some juice as you say, but i didnt had mutch time left due to lack of optimalization so i needed to take a look at it. Again thanks for the feedback i am glad you like my game.
Awesome game! I think the gameplay is the highlight and I like the skill tree a lot! It did get pretty hectic and I would have liked some music. I liked the art and aesthetic too!
Thanks for the feedback. I am glad you like the gameplay.
i like the upgrade-tree of this shooter. gets quite hectic soon, but nice gameplay.
Is it possible, that the music is player-position-dependent?
Thanks for the feedback, music didn't work as it should and I didn't had time to fix it, because I started implementing it about 20 minutes before the deadline.
This reminds me of an old game called Microcosm, only this is more fun. It deserves an ending, hope to see more. Very well done.
Thanks for the feedback i had in mind some sort of ending but i was low on time so i didnt manage to implement it.
Glued me to the screen for a bit :D
Follows a simple yet good recipe for a fun game.
I liked the upgrades - especially the projectile duplication - and gameplay, the tutorial was nice. The music for me only played once, then never looped. I'm not sure if it's intentional or not, the constant silence (not counting the sound effects) was a bat strange.
Overally really nice work :D
Thanks for the feedback, i started implementing the music like 20 minutes before the deadline so I didn't had enough time to make it work properly.
Really cool game. The way you did the tutorial level at the beginning was very clever. The was a robust upgrade system that made it worth while continuing and fighting harder enemies. I think would have helped the experience if you had a short background track to lost yourself in whilst circling around shooting at enemies. Also, maybe the hitboxes for the cells could have been a bit larger to make it easier to pick them up whilst moving around. Good jam entry.
Thank you for your feedback, i wanted to add some more audio but unfortunately i didnt had time.
GG
Loved the overall feel of the game. Keep up the good work!
Thank you for the feedback.
Very addictive gameplay, love the upgrade system.
Thanks for the feedback.
Thanks for the feedback, Yeha unfortunately I didn't had time to implement some proper audio.
I wish the graphics were a bit bigger, cause they look really cool! Overall I enjoyed this game, and the upgrade system was well done. I think there needed to be a little explanation of what the upgrade paths did, but the first levels of each were cheap enough that it wasn’t hard to mostly figure it out. Progression felt great, and it was a lot of fun. Great job!
Thanks for the feedback. Btw the explanation of the upgrades is in the description.
Ah dang, I guess I didn’t scroll down enough when reading the description hahaha
damn the gameplay was great, upgrades scale well with the enemies, good game
Thanks for the feedback.
I played this for quite a while and nearly got all of the upgrades....twice. This was a super fun entry with a cool premise, and enjoyable upgrade system. I also thought the game was very balanced. Great job! That font tho!!
Edit: I got fully upgraded, and beat Raptor's score with 26,531 ;)
Thanks a lot for your feedback, I am happy to hear that you like my game also good job on the score it is for sure near the highest score you can get.
Great entry!
I honestly wasn't expecting much with the barely readable font intro, but then I started playing and it was amazing! The movement, controls and especially upgrade menu were very well thought out and implemented. Thanks so much for making it hold to fire also!
Obviously lack of audio leaves some to be desired. And it would be really nice if the mouse pointer locked and hid away so you're not keeping track of it to aim with.
Otherwise this is my favorite entry that I've played so far!
Thanks, that means a lot, as you said the font wasn't very happy pick but I didn't had time to change it. Also the music would make a better atmosphere but again I didn't had time to implement it properly because I ran into some issues with optimalization.
Well it seem you did great solving any optimization problems because the game ran smooth as butter for me the whole time I was playing! Great job!
thanks but I think on slower computers it will still start lagging at some point but it shouldn't be that much.
The game doesn't work on Firefox and Mac.
that's possible because it uses SharedArrayBuffer. Try chrome it should work.
Good Game
GLAD TO SEE SOMEONE MADE A GAME ON ME YAYYY!! GREAT GAME BTW
Thanks a lot I had so much more in plan but due to lack of time i couldn't do it for example: proper ending like someone mentioned.
Pretty fun little game! :D
Shame you didnt have time to do that ending, would have been badass!
Thanks a lot, yeah it's a shame.
