Ive had reports of buggy collisions around sector 2 and Im working on fixing them, R to reset can help, but thanks for the feedback! :)

(Patch might come out I the following week)

Thanks for the feedback! I plan to update it after the Jam (at some point) so that i can fix some bug reports etc. I'll look into the bug in the second sector and might make a way to remap inputs in the future now that you mention it :] (also i had planned for music and sounds but due to time i had to leave them out lol)

FUN GAME! I think it was very good, hard and challenging but fun, good combo.

Thank you! This was originally a concept for a game I had a while ago, with more levels and mechanics, but I took it and made this for the game jam :)

GOOD GAME, like, a VERY good game, really liked the mechanics in it, and like most people are saying the enemies eventually run out but I'd love to see where this goes in the future, like if there was an enemy count, and the objective was to kill all enemies in one level and then it would change to a new scene. But thats just some fun suggestions, well done!

COOL GAME, really enjoyed the upgrading system and was hella fun, good job! I heard the music but it had a physical placement, meaning the further away I got, the quieter it was, but other than that it was a very solid game :)

Hi, As in engine and stuff? Well I developed the game on Godot 4.2, which has its own native coding language and node system which I find easier to work with, and all the assets and sprites were drawn by me on Krita. Sound wise I got most from leftover sound bits from other projects, but a good few were from pixabay, so some cheeky free sounds. :)

Hey! Tried to pass the game, and almost did, but a bug kept occurring where it would forever loop the last command(eg. just continuously move forward) randomly, so sadly couldnt finish. HOWEVER, I love the art style and the idea is super interesting and creative, like a preset turn based puzzle type thing! Very cool

Nice work! Some movement felt a bit rigid, but I liked the art style and the music a lot  :)

FUNKY, Felt a slight bit difficult at the start, but I liked!

Funky game, some bits seemed a bit unforgiving with stuff being used up, but FUN concept :D

Hey! Thanks for the feedback, I am using a marker 2D as the respawn point, and I think it might be a case of some position adjustment but I'll look into it once im able to update the game :)

VERY fun gameplay, the art was awesome and the light upgradable system was very cool. And it had a nice central theming to the whole Turbo power up.

Awesome idea! and definitely a mechanic that I could see implemented into a proper game, well done :)

COOL GAME! A really unique idea that turned out well and is fun, its a well thought out and an enjoyable game that I played till finish, well done!

GOOD and DIFFICULT, I thought the amount of energy you could use was intense, but I overall thought this was very nice :)

COOL running game! I felt like the obsticles didnt effect much, as the character seemingly passes over them without me pressing anything, with a set unchangable speed I wasnt sure if there was a challenge present, HOWEVER, the idea is hella neat, and the music was amazing! Good submission

One hand for each player, amazing solo experience lol, but JOKES ASIDE this was a bop! Very good game, the upgrade style system each round is a great basis for a cool system that could be furthered! (Music was also on point)

COOL GAME, and COOL CONCEPT! The wave based combat was great, and the small slow camera issues I had were probably due to using a trackpad and not being on chrome lol. (Also 32 seconds before deadline is wild)

GOOD ART, nice theme, and the gunplay was cool! Some bugged enemy spawning outside of the map limits, but minor things, well done.

I LIKE THIS. Its a bit hard to keep track of everything, but the general vibe, art and audio is on point, good job!
