I like the twist on the classic card battler, and I think I would enjoy this style more compared to the classic card battler with some more polish. The characters are cute, and the game is fairly straight forward when you know what to do. The music is a little too repetitive, but overall a good entry for the period of the jam.

If you plan on working on the game post jam, it would be nice to see the same art and style as the splash image for everything in the game.

A lot more depth than the art/design suggests! I love the weird feel everything had as well. I didn’t understand at first that things didn’t happen in real time, like I could forage or play a fruit on my turn and then the enemies had their turn to attack. Felt like it was a little unbalanced based on the randomness of the fruits that I got and how I could get into situations where there was no way of actually defeating the enemies, but it’s definitely a good start! Well done!

Fun mechanics, and the weird/cute art was awesome. COOL GAME. I liked :)

A fun card battling game. I like the variety of mechanics involved in the game, splash damage/armor, etc. If you are not familiar with these mechanics, it could be hard to figure it out.

Looks wild at first but after playing it for a bit its actually really fun.  Awesome job!

Monster fighting with fruits! What is missing is perhaps a better understanding of how the choices you make affects your success. In other word I didn't find any strategy. There are too many monsters and too many fruits, in my opinion. So my advice is write a tutorial.

Nice card-fighting game! The BGM is a bit repetitive. 

Hmm kinda feel bad about the fishy after killing it  and not eating it but GREAT GAME BTW!!
