I can't believe this was made in just 7 days, definitely one o f the best games I've played so far. Great job :)

This game has a great atmosphere and I like the direction in which the idea was taken. The voice acting is well done and the mechanics were interesting to discover. The portal-esque opening video was hilarious. Well polished and I hope you continue to refine it and add some more to it after the Jam!

First of all...

I really liked the opening! Very impressive and well made.

The concept and idea are also very cool and creative.

The gameplay? Alhough I have to say it's kind of a walking simulator, I really like the brain mechanics (mainly opening the doors, etc.)

What I would recommend is:

- adding an arrow to the UI pointing to the objective (the batteries for example)

- the dialogue parts playing as you go, not forcing you to stay in one place

- being able to play the logs on the way, again, not having to stand and stare at it.

Also there are some collision issues, mainly in the plant lab (not sure how it's called)

All of this would (in my opinion) make the game far more enjoyable.

So... Great job, but there's improvements to be made!

(also the best part of the game is the moaning indian voice actor, 10/10)

Good job on the game! Looks quite nice, and it's impressive how much you got done in the time. Nice :)

Gosh, this is astoundingly polished. Full voice acting, slick interface,  that great-looking opening cinematic, an incredibly large map that looks really good. Plus it's a super engaging story! This is the first game I've played this jam that I think could genuinely be released as a professional game.

Very nice job! The graphics and voice acting were top notch. There a couple textures that were spazzing out but otherwise everything looked awesome. The music definitely fit the mold of the game and I enjoyed the little jingles the robots would play as well. Definitely an interesting story twist and some psychological elements, would be interesting to see how this could evolve if the project continued. The UI and cutscenes in the beginning were very impressive in this short amount of time as well. Well done!

I've played this for a video, it's now up!!

I've played this for a video on the Superchocolatemilkshake Channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/SUCHMISHChannel

So... Despite the fact that my computer ran it at a frame rate of 30 max and 2 minumim, this game is a pure suprise.  This could have the quailty of a AAA title with more time polish and some more of the ship to explore.  I don't think I could say any more than that.

Loved the intro animation, although it ran a bit sluggish on my PC.

A fun story, but I would have liked to see a closer marriage of gameplay and story here.

The bugs are self-evident and you're gonna have bugs in a 7 day project, but none of them were really game breaking...

It has a lot of potential. I'd really like to see what it would look like if it were a bit more polished.

Such an amazing game, it feels like a triple A game done in 7 days, wow! Congratulations to the entire team, I had a lot of fun, the story is super well done and immersive, love the voice acting the intro animation blew my mind and the models are so good. Also the audio compliments the entire game. Nothing but praise!

This is really cool! Amazing that you could do all this in a week. The voice acting is really well done, the music is great and the story with all the logs is really immersive. There were some small glitches with the floor sometimes. I would also suggest adding subtitles to the beginning of the game, I sometimes had a hard time understanding what the male voice was saying because of the music.

Thank you so much! Glad to hear that our efforts paid off!

Hey!
I know you said it was broke but I decided to try it anyway.
That intro was amazing.
And the graphics are top-notch.
If you do fix it, this could be awesome!
Shame they lock the uploads down :(

Woah! That intro was amazing!

Great voice acting all, I particularly liked whatever effect you used to make Tim sound like a far away recording.

I also couldn't figure out how to progress, but I did open some doors by hand and I fell out of the starting door. It looked like there was more level to be seen.

Hi! Thank you for the kind words! We do have much more game to deliver! Unfortunately due to a game breaking bug discovered at the time of submission, we were unable to fix our game in time. We are working diligently to fix our game to be fully playable from start to finish! The whole experience is much longer and the whole game is fully voiced.  I hope you return to play the full game when we have it up ^^

My heart goes out to you all making the best of a bad situation.

Your team seems very close. I love that everyone contributed to the voice acting.

I like the callbacks and interactions between the crew (My favorite joke being the guy who was kicking the roombas turned out to be super relatable), and I really liked the recontextualization of the interface mechanic.

The game had its issues (particularly the sticky player controller), but I'm glad it I saw it through.

Congrats on the resubmission, at least people can see all your hard work.

Very cool introduction! We could not figure out how to progress in the game, but from what we saw the concept seemed very well thought out!

Developer(+2)

Thank you! Our full game offers even more interesting moments! We are working to get the game fixed so we can have people experience our vision the way we intended.   And we'll let you know when the game is playable! Would love to hear your feedback then.
