That's a pretty fun take on snake. I like that having things hit your tail is actually helpful, since you can try to slap asteroids to destroy them. Kinda reminds me of slither.io but singleplayer. It does start to feel like there's not quite enough space in the playing area as you progress, but that also adds to the challenge. Good job!

Thanks! I'm honestly surprised myself that we manged to get this much done, especially since this was our first game using Godot, having done all of our previous games in Unity. It was a fun process though, Godot is a really nice engine.

Thanks for playing!

We initially had 60 second rounds but it felt a bit too quick in testing so I changed it to 120 seconds towards the end. Unfortunately, didn't have much time to test how that round length felt, I do agree that it ended up being a bit too long. Rotation speed could definitely have been looked into too. My initial issue was that the ship would spin too fast when it was lightweight, making it hard to control. Lowering the rotation strength fixed that but it had the downside of making heavy ships hard to turn. This is somewhat addressed by being able to strafe and aim laser turrets and missiles later on so you don't need to turn as much, but it does leave an awkward midpoint where you're too heavy to turn but only have the regular guns available. This game could certainly use a bit of rebalancing of many of the physics values.

Pretty unique take on the theme. It was very enjoyable, I like how intense the game gets. The visuals are also very cool, especially on the amoeba. Good job!

Adding messages that you have to respond to and pick the right option was a great idea for a clicker game. Helps to break up the gameplay a bit from only clicking. That was fun, good job!

Pretty fun game. It's interesting to see other takes on the expanding space ship idea. I got to around 6 minutes before my PC started struggling, but it's very satisfying to grow and get stronger.  Gameplay almost reminds me of vampire survivors, it would have been nice to see harder enemies over time as you kinda become unstoppable quickly. But the way you pick add on extra parts by just flying into them is fun, especially when a lot of them spawn. Good job!

Interesting game with a nice style. I like how creepy and weird it feels, even got a couple scares. Would've been nice to maybe see a bit more variety with puzzles or leaning more into the horror with something following you, since most items were pretty simple to get to and pick up, but the atmosphere still kept me interested to the end. I also enjoyed the dialogue with the guy next to the tower. A nice little game, good job!

A nice 3D platformer, I really like its style. Nice variety in the level for a jam game, and I like that you even included a vehicle to drive. Good job!

Very unique and creative idea. It maybe would have been more interesting to have a couple more parameters to play around with, although it's still a nice ecosystem simulation that you made in a couple days. I like how the scales are vastly different but still feel connected, like seeing the shadows of the clouds on your garden. Very chill game, good job.

This is one of the best games I've tried for this jam. It seemed pretty simple and straight-forward for the first  levels but then I realised I had to think ahead how the level should look and play several notes together at the right time to make it. Level 4 especially felt like learning an instrument. Challenging but very rewarding and satisfying. If expanded, this could make for a really nice full puzzle game. Good job!

That's impressive for a jam game. Almost feels like a level taken from a full game with a whole voice acted story and visuals. I did manage to softlock myself on the stacking barrels section, as some of the barrels fell out of the room, leaving me with not enough to climb up to the power cell but that's the only main issue I encountered. I just restarted the game and managed to do it on my second try. I liked a lot of the rooms, especially the final room. Realising I had to grab an entire star was so cool. Good job!

The puzzles were pretty fun and I liked the art style. Good job!

Nice concept, being able to build up the ship as you play was a fun idea. It could use with a bit more background details to make it easier to see movement, but overall, it was pretty nice.

I think we had some similar ideas for our games :D I like how the ship doubles in size each round, that's a pretty fun mechanic.

That's impressive. Good job.

This ended up being pretty fun. I like how chaotic it got towards the end, although it would have been nice to see some more variety in light switches if this game got expanded on. The art style is also nice and overall it's a pretty creative take on the theme. Nice game.

This was actually really fun, especially the movement and speed. Although the physics were a little weird sometimes, that just made it more fun to mess around with.

This was so good. Very high quality, almost feels like a full game. The puzzles were overall pretty fun and the visuals were so good. Only slightly annoying thing was the level resetting when I put a window too close to the player. Other than that, I'd love to play more of this!

Thanks for playing it! There were actually sound effects recorded for this game during the jam but we didn't manage to add them in before the deadline unfortunately.  We may include them in a future update though.

Thanks for trying it! We still had more level ideas for it, maybe we'll update it in the future. :^)

This game's great! I like how it's not just the pause menu, but it also uses the settings menu. Fun game :^)

That is an interesting spin on Portal. The angle snapping on the rotation was a good idea for this. Good job :^)

That was fun. Good job :^)

That was pretty fun. I like how it's essentially multiple games in one. Good job :^)

Making a multiplayer game with bots in 48 hours is very impressive. Good job :^)

Fun game. Good job :^)

This is a really fun game. The gameplay is fun and some of the levels get challenging to get 3 stars on. The art is also really nice. Good job!

Thanks for playing! Level 3 was fun to work on :^)

This was a fun spin on Papers Please / Pizza games. Having to measure the pizza size and leave a bad review if it's too big is pretty funny. Good job!

That's a fun way to control rockets. Good job :^)

That was pretty fun, I like how you have two different objectives that change between levels.  The art style is also cool. Good job :^)

That was a fun puzzle game. I liked how the tapes moved diagonally in the advanced levels, I don't think I've seen that in a tile puzzle game before. Good job!

This was actually pretty fun. I like how it made me think fast whenever I had many requests to enter, especially as I was trying to think of alternative numbers to use -- focusing on the primes, fibonacci, powers, etc. could make it a good educational game. The cards do overlap a bit which made me sometimes misclick the wrong one but other than that, I liked it. Good job :^)

Funny how chaotic this gets with the maximum spawn rate, that was fun. The hand-drawn artstyle was also nice to see. I think it could use some more obstacles / challenge but I liked it overall. Good job :^)

I'm happy to see a LIDAR game :D

It's a fun game mechanic that fits the theme pretty well and your implementation is great! It was spooky and you managed to make quite a lot of levels for a jam game. It gets a bit difficult in a later level as there are a lot of enemies but it's still fun. Good job!

I think the idea for this was quite nice. Having to adapt to randomised conditions is a fun game mechanic. Although I wasn't sure how the elemental ammo types differed from each other and usually just kept shooting the enemies without really checking the ammo type.

It's a unique concept for sure. It looks nice visually and it's impressive that you managed to create multiple tracks and game modes in the jam duration. As others mentioned, I think the controls could be improved by not requiring the use of the mouse.

I love the art in this game, looks really great! The gameplay is pretty fun too, but it can be a bit confusing to remember what each die gives you.

That was pretty fun actually! The concept of the roll impacting the difficulty of the game was a nice idea. Though it could use with some balancing as sometimes it felt like you don't have enough time if you roll too low. Getting stuck on walls was also a little annoying. But other than that, I think it's a nice jam game :^)

There were definitely some more level ideas we had that didn't make it in. Open world objectives seem like a fun idea :D
