In what way does your game fit the theme?
You can rewind 25 years back in time
Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
No assets (code, sprite...) were external except a typeface.

Loved the cartoon like graphics, cut scene animations etc and how you interpreted the theme.
Great job!
Could you please play and rate my game as well?

I really like the idea, the game is nice. The theme is represented perfectly and the graphics are good, especially if we're talking about enemies' designs and "animations" . The game may needs to be a bit more polish though, but considering that you did it in a week, the result is very fine
Really nice! I like the rewind transition effect. There are some glitches however, for example you cannot jump while touching the tile next to you.
Nice game! I like the concept of the two levels separated by 25 years! I got few collision issues while playing the game and had to restart once because of it (I got stuck in the middle of the floor while rewinding). Not a big deal but it would definitely make the game better :).
Overall I really enjoyed it this good take on the theme. Keep it up!
Edit: I'm still missing few reviews, so I'd really appreciate if you could rate my game! Thank you!
Thank you for this constructive comment! We already knew the collision bug but not the one that gets stuck in the walls... In any case, we'll go and see your game in return!
this was awesome, great game!
Excellent. This game is actually fun!
I like the "throw them into the action" and "explain as you go" thing you have going on here and how, once you get going, it justs keeps going like an addrenaline rush. Simple yet fun. Nicely done
The intro was super cool. I really enjoyed the game. The mechanic to shift between two timelines was very interesting. The controls were very well refined. Also the puzzles were also very well thought out. The enemies do have a lot of potential and could be used much more widely. The pixel art and the audio was also very good. Overall, great game.
Also could you please take the time to rate my game too? Its not as good as yours but still it would mean a lot to me if you rated my game too.
Thanks for your comment :)
Nice intro!
Just to echo the other comments, the controls are perfect! Really smooth to play and great tutorial placement! Music IS AMAZING!!!! My favourite thing about this game, and I do love a good slide feature!!! Unfortunately, I got stuck in a bridge, just after the first key section, but other than that, great job team!
If you're interested, feel free to check our game out! :)
Thank you for your comment! We'll go see your game soon!
This was a blast to play. The movement felt just right, and paired with the smooth animations, stingers and the UI it was just a pleasent and fun experience! Nice sound design too!
Tank you for your comment !
Nice clean game with a proper active tutorial introducing everything necessary. Overall very well done!
We love the transitions when changing time!
Thank you for your comment!
Its really solid and playable game. I love graphics and Post Processing effect in 2005.
Thank you!
Hi, that's a really solid game, enjoyed playing! I love that you put some interactivity with text in certain places. Accidentally found a bug: after rewinding near door with a key, almost everything went black so I had to restart the game. Maybe something is wrong with spawnpoints
Btw, feel free to check out my game, looking for some honest criticism :)
Yes! We saw this technical problem after we published it! Since we are on WEBGL we have to unload the lights behind us to limit the work of the processor. We should have added an extra spawn point so that it doesn't show!
Thank you for your honest criticism, we will do the same for your game!
first of all congratz on submitting the game.I loved how rewinding the time is done in the game , a really fun to play game i'd like to re play it in the future good job and good luck <3
I love the idea! It's clear how it will work, and it's a fresh take on this theme I've never seen before.I wish there was some way to see what you were getting into before teleporting, but you did a good job making the solutions obvious. I also love the use of postprocessing to make 2005 look retro, giving you a clear and self explanatory way to see which time you were in. One little problem I have is that 2005 sounds way quieter then 2030, so it really scares you when you switch back.
Cool interpretation of rewind! I liked the gameplay and the post processing effects made it quite visually appealing, if a bit dark at times. The enemies have quite a bit of range to them! Would like to see more levels from this with more mechanics in the future!
Thank you for your objective comment! We'll change that for the future!
Fantastic! I love how you match to the theme and the music is awesome. Good job guys!
Thanks you for playing our game !
awesome
