In what way does your game fit the theme?
The game fits the theme in 2 different ways. Firstly, the player plays in a battlefield shaped like a rewind clock. Secondly, as the level progresses, the player experiences time Rewinds, hence downgrading all of his/her weapons. Also, once the clock hand completes one anticlockwise rotation, the level ends, hence time-bounding the player.
Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes, all the scripts, visuals, and music are made by us. (We 2 brothers did a collab!!). The music is custom made by us using BeepBox.co. However, the sound effects(Gunshots, Gun hits, and Explosions) are used from FreeSound.org.

This game is all around just good, it has juicy effects, good sounds, fun gameplay, I wish there was more variety though, maybe different type of sprites, instead of cubes maybe they could change from astronauts to maybe something like cavemen when the time is about to run out, the "rewinding" is also pretty unique in this one. All around well made game, although the boss fight was pretty lacking and not very fun to complete

Accelerandoman this game is JUICY. Love all the feedback from shooting and killing stuff.
I think I have two main thoughts on this game. The first is that, despite the levels changing and difficulty increasing, the game kind of stayed the same. I know "point and shoot" sounds like it may be oversimplifying but its ultimately what I did for all 10 levels. I didn't really have to move, or change my playstyle as eras regressed, I just kept clicking on the bad guys.
You guys came up with one of the more unique takes on the theme, I think it would've been better to see you just take it and run wild. The consequences of eras and weaponry rewinding don't feel all that important in it's current state.
The other thought is that the character controller seems to be inconsistent in how it moves, for me at least. This is mostly what drove me to not even bother with moving and jumping.

ChronoPhasorCool game overall. One of the most unique ideas i've seen on this gamejam. The only thing that did bother me (personal opinion) was the music, in my opinion it was way too repetitive and i started to hate it after 3 or 4min of playing. Everything else is fine, it is pleasing to play and it has a cool mechanic. Good job!

Breaking PointNice game! Short and fun. I liked the visuals, however the gameplay was a little too random sometimes, especialy at the last boss level, which I beat nonetheless. Overall, cool little game.

Rewind Your LifeReally fun game, simple but well executed and polished. The idea idea of the era changing with the time counter and the gun changing as well is really clever and added a level of diversity and complexity to the gameplay. The tutorial page is wonderfully made so it's simple to understand what is going on. Also the music is great and the art is beautiful, really liked those backgrounds. Overall good job! :D

CTRL+Z-OMBIEWas a little dissapointed when the "Boss Level" looked the same as pretty much every other level. My main criticism with this game is that the levels don't really change more than copy-and-pasting enemies in different places. But other than that, the game is really fun. The weapons feel satisfying to use and the connection to the theme is fun too. The gameplay was addicting and the circular arena was unique and fun to bounce around in. Overall, great submission! Awesome work.

Better DaysSuper interesting idea! the controls are a bit clunky and enemies move so fast and so randomly that they are difficult to hit, but it's super fun!
