How does the game fit the theme?
you better hope that nothing goes wrong, you don’t want to make monsters angry…
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
background buildings we stylized them to fit we were on a time crunch
How many people worked on the game?5

Unfortunately I got a bug: I was assigned a luggage for Room 0? (I looked everywhere, even tried to give the luggage to the receptionist or the character in the tab). So I decided to wait around to see the game over screen, but won anyway lol (Windows build)
Aside from that, solid entry
yah we could not find out why that was happening I think it has to do with how we added monsters moving out
Great art with a good palette choice. The game runs very well and easy to understand (after playing the tutorial). I think the tutorial button should be in the main menu. Good job on this one!
Love the artstyle! Almost missed the tutorial, was very dizzy at the start because I didnt realize W was interact!
It's simple, and it's fun to play for a while. But does get a bit repetitive for me.
I think some of the requests should be doable with only 1 hand, while others need both. Or maybe give the player some movement penalty when they carry more than one item. Give a little decision making for the player. And to add a little path variation, maybe put the elevator in the middle. Make them brain think slightly more when exiting the elevator and/or going to the work station.
But that's just my opinion.
Art style and music, I like it. Nicely done.
Thanks for the feedback!
Really enjoyed it. The single elevator makes it a bit tiresome to keep running back and forth too but I kind of get it. Love the art, sound was great and the general feel of the game was really well rounded. Polished little gen this. GG.
Thank you!
This is a very well-made and beautiful game! The art is very cute, the colour is pleasing to look at, the music is fitting, and the characters are adorable, I like this very much! The gameplay loop is simple and fun. Strangely the game is surprisingly calm and I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing, but I do enjoy that regardless.
As a suggestion, I think the game suffers a bit by making the player walk the same path a lot, and it would be nice if there was a second elevator on the other side of the building. It should really ease the boredom of going the same path twice every time you are going somewhere, and would encourage some tactical thinking too! I would also suggest allowing the player to carry 2-3 items at once, and this should have the same effect on the game as above. It's also an excuse to make stuff spawn more quickly and make the game more chaotic too!
ty for the feedback
In regards to the game feeling calm: Originally, there was supposed to be an additional fast-paced music track to emphasize that the monsters were becoming restless and furious. Unfortunately, there was no time to implement the second music track :(
I loved the art in this game, the style was great and the monster art was super well done. The audio and SFX were also done very well, and the range of activities you have to complete gave a good about of variety to the game. It didn’t seem like there were any stakes, as far as I can tell there wasn’t a penalty for leaving tasks too long, which might have kept things a bit more engaging and tense, but it was still a very good game. I don’t think the Tutorial explains that the Tab menu is how you find out where to go (or I missed it if it did), so that may be worth highlighting more since I was confused at first in the real game. The tutorial overall though was very solid and thorough which is a nice touch that is often forgotten in a jam. Great job!
tysm for playing our game
I liked the setting, I wish the game would have told me how to interact with stuff.
it did if you played the tutorial lol
Cute art style, I really like the character motion it's so joyful :D
Thanks! I love my silly little son too lol:D
I loved it 5/5!!! I played the whole game ! Loved the music and the visuals! Also when i got room 0 i thought that i lost haha! Great job guys!! Also it reminded me a little bit the Spirited away movie!
Thanks! The team appreciates the feedback. Glad you liked the music! Love that film!
Charming artstyle with addictive gameplay, had a brilliant time!
Goood game! But job~
Nice and cozy with simple and easy mechanics, the art style and sfx fit in well and it all plays nicely. definatly need to hire more staff!
The art is amazing ! I love how the elevator looks! I was unable to keep them happy but I did my best
thanks!<3 yeah, they are hard costumers :0
This is beautiful. I would like to see more of this world.
Art direction lead the way through the game. Hardest part of the game was determining whether or not you were doing well in the game.
What i want to see:
More monster interactions within the game.
What I think can improve:
UI guidance in the game.
Floor UI indicators with which doors are on which floor.
Meter bar to indicate how well you are doing.
I like the art direction, with everything looking monster-y, even the elevator. Nice job :)
thanks! <3
Very fun game! The artstyle and monsters are very cute! I noticed when playing on the Windows build that your game has some warped pixels. This is a bug with new NVIDIA drivers because they don't work with Vulkan very well. I removed this in my game by changing the renderer to be different in Godot's project settings. The visual bug didn't affect my thoughts of the game at all though! Just thought I'd tell you how you can remove it, because it took me a while to find the fix. Great game!
Magnifique! This is an adorable game! I loved the visuals (even the food was cute) and the music is amazing, adding more to the gameplay which is great too
Really felt like working in a hotel, congratulations to the team! :D
Thank you!
