Thank you for working on your game and I'm glad you were able to submit it on time! This was really fun for what it was and I honestly wish it was longer. A few gripes here and there, the biggest one probably is that the end is a bit anti-climatic. Make a longer version :)

I enjoyed this game. I liked the art style and the ending made me wonder what would happen next. Well done.

You've made such a cool game here, it looks and feels really good. I love the low-res pixelated style. And the ending was a nice switch of pace. Awesome stuff! I look forward to what you'll make next!

Really enjoyed the gritty aesthetic and vaguely sarcastic instructions (proud coffee sipper). Felt like a mix of Portal, Severance, and Chernobyl all blended together. Overall I enjoyed the game!

This was a really cool experience! I like the floatiness feeling of the jumps the most, great job!

Loved the tension the game created and the feeling of doom and loneliness. I struggled a lot with the interactions as they were very finicky to find, a small dot as a curson on screen would have helped greatly. Other than that good job!

Love the style and overall atmosphere of this game! I can definitely see this project being taken further as some sort of horror game (I was half expecting a monster to show up around each corner, lol). Controls felt great, and I also really like the "Drink coffee and think about life," really good stuff!

Exquisite theme, your texture work and models were amazing and brought me back to the half-life 1 days. Unfortunately, couldn't get the mouse to refocus into the game. I think this is a Godot issue because my game had the same problem.

Would you be open to sharing how you do your texture work?

Developer

Thanks alot! Yeah need to figure out the mouse focus issue, maybe just change the UI control to keyboard. Texturing was done on Substance painter, mostly using smart materials and adding shadows and shading on the albedo textures. Then add dithering, color palette reduction, pixelization etc.

Blown away!!!!  Seriously... this was a great game.  I'm not usually one for the pixelated 3D graphics, but because you have a limited color palette, it seemed to work really well.  I was very nervous after reading the note about the borrowed spare parts... great foreshadowing.  The end was awesome.  My only complaint was I had to hit ESC to be able to interact with the 'close' button and then I couldn't get the browser to recapture my mouse... almost restarted from the beginning, but I was relieved when it captured after I paused and resumed.

You made a 3D browser game that feels really good! I'm shocked you haven't had more ratings yet.  Keep up the good work.

Dude the movement is needlessly good, great job. Cool little game, I love the graphics too!

Graphics are great, some areas were very dark and made it hard to see some items. Very cool idea!

Very cool! I like the atmosphere, reminded me of Half Life. The graphics are great too.
Id suggest making the game brighter cause it was a little too dark. Also, the tasks updates really slow.
The last problem I've faced was - when I clicked on ESC to pause, it made my cursor visible and not locked, and I couldn't make it locked and invisible again.

Keep it up!!

Developer

Yeah, brightness contrast setting should be added and trying to figure out the cursor problem. Thanks for the feedback!
