And you are a fish who needs to work. Like the idea good work.
Wow, the art work is really outstanding. I like all the mini games, they're easy to understand and fun.
Really enjoyable game, great work!
Just wish that there would be more minigames and no need to press SHIFT all the time because my finger is now kinda hurt.
Nevertheless, great job, guys!
Can't wait for your other projects (or Jeremy's adventures)!
the sharks are super cute haha! looks really well put together!
This game was super cute! Loved the art and the music + the coding/ design are well done. Loved the cut scenes too.
Over all a very well put together game!
- O edit here the only thing I wish was that the music was a bit louder because it was awesome and I wanted to hear it more : )
Hello, the game is super cute and quite original! A really nice 2D game, and the mini-games are interesting and well done. I didn’t encounter any bugs, but I have a couple of suggestions: it would be nice if the character had animations for moving up and down (just like for left and right), and I also felt that the phone had a bit of trouble reading the letters! :) By the way, if you're interested, feel free to check out my game too!
Hello LucSar!
Yes, we realized the problems of the telephone game... (even more so if you try it with the laptop's trackpad xD) we will take into account not making interactables so small next time, and regarding the vertical and horizontal animations... we thought that it would be better that way, maybe it would have been good, we learn as we go hehe.
Thanks for playing our game and thank you for the feedback! ( I'll try your game too, promise ;) )
Haha yeah, I can imagine how tricky it must be with a trackpad xD ! But it’s great that you’re already thinking about improvements for the next time. Honestly, the game was really fun, and the small details didn’t take away from the experience. Thanks for checking out my game too, I really appreciate it! :)
The game is what it is, a short fun story without variability.
We think that for a jam, the shorter the better, so we don't waste the time of people who want to try them. That's why I get tired so quickly.
Regarding movement, yes, you are right, we do not thought that there is any reason to want to run or walk, we will keep it in mind for next time.
Thank you very much for playing our game and for the Feedback! :D
Neato burrito! The button push animation was a ton of fun, I could play a clicker game just of Jeremy slamming his face into the shiny red thing. Good job!
Love the theme and cute fish! I'd say the art is very good and the story is hilarious. I like the minigames too, especially the PC one. The game overall is quite well made and I like it quite much!
For some criticism, I'd say firstly that there should be a timer somewhere on the screen, just to add a bit of urgency and tension. The game also has quite some downtime in the form of moving around the scene. I get that running around is part of the gameplay too, but I would rather spend more time frantically going from minigames to minigames. Going from valve to button 3 times in a row is quite frustrating.
But anyway, this is a very nice game indeed! Nice work!
Thanks for the review!
We are glad you liked it. And I'm are sorry for the frustration with the issue of minigames, I did not have enough time to polish the minigame summoning system... I know what it feels like, I didn't even have time to make tools to debug and it took a long time for the minigame that I wanted to test to come out hahaha. Thank you very much friend :)
Music definitely made it exhilarating. That was good. Great entry! I felt stressed with the phone. Haha.
