Very cool! Just suggest making the colliders bigger because its hard to aim exactly at what is needed to be fixed.
Good job!

How does the game fit the theme?
Nothing can go wrong, so obviously, everything does!
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
The lily pads and the dash sound effect.
How many people worked on the game?2
Game was a pretty nice concept! The fixing was nice with juicy sounds. I think its just that the movement may be a bit slidy causing it to be hard to line up with the broken equipment to fix them. Good game though overall!
I thought the audio design was really nice and satisfying, and getting the sped up soundtracks gave me a bit of an Overcooked feeling. The chaotic bits at the middle and end of each level were nice, but I think the pacing could be improved. Maybe adding in a high score system, or algorithmically determining a desired "rate" of failures to adapt to the player.
I think the hitboxes are way too small on the first level, especially the top-middle pipe. I essentially lost the first game because I spent 20 seconds walking around trying to figure out what key to hit to fix things. I also noticed some inconsistency, where I could fix something without the UI popping up and prompting me to hit a key.
Overall it was a nice experience.
Damn, my index finger hurts from spaming F.
Funny, stressfull and well-made game.
Looks well made, couldn't play much though, because of my weak graphics card...
Cool little game, using 1 2 3 for switching was neat but it seemed too much to repeatedly press 'F'; a single press should have been enough. The font and UI could use some improvement, other than that the visuals and SFX were great; good job!
It chugs just a little bit on my laptop, but that's a me thing, most likely not a you thing.
It did feel a little bit unfair that something could break as soon as I finished fixing it, but overall that was a fun, frantic, stressful experience! Great job!
Nice little game that gives me some overcooked vibes! First of all, you really need an angry voice for a boss. I can just imagine him getting angry at your mistakes. Also, maybe adding tool switching on a mouse wheel would be nice. Also, consider adding different challenges - maybe some wouldn't need an immediate reaction and won't increase the red line, but can blow up later, maybe others can start a chain reaction... Also, I think the game gets a bit unbalanced in the end, I can't manage to fix all the leaks. Anyway, amazing job for a first game jam!
Nice game! I like it! :D
The game is straightforward yet really challenging at certain point progression of the game!
The thing I kinda struggled with is the control. even tho it felt intuitive, but it felt too much on my left hand XD
Because as I need to focus on moving around using WASD and space, spamming F to fix things got my hand tired really quick. Maybe changing it to left quick mouse would be better!
My suggestion: maybe you could also add an aiming mechanic to it! so, the player must hover, and spam left click their cursor on the problem they want to fix.
Otherwise, it was a fun game! :D
Unfortunatly, I have an AZERTY keyboard so I couldn't swap tools. Visuals are good tho!
Loved it! As others said, it is a little heavy on the left hand - ended up using my right hand to spam F, haha, but the mouse would definitely work a little better. And of course, the menu could use a bit of a touchup 😂
Is there a third stage? I genuinely could not get past the second one - but it was super fun nonetheless!
Very fun, you really get the sense of urgency that make the gameplay dynamic, very cool graphics and sound design too ! Well done :)
Great idea! The last seconds of the levels are invigorating! For me the misunderstanding is the size of the game, I know sometimes there is no time for the basics, let alone optimization, but it would be nice to have a small build
This game was pretty good, I like how you have to alternate between what you use to fix things. I wish there was some settings for turning off lumen / TSR, but oh well. Good game
love the idea! probably my fault but the second level seamed so impossible to the end haha
